Κατά τα άλλα και κατ' εμέ προτιμώ να υποστηρίζω τα μικρά καταστήματα και εάν είναι της γειτονιάς καλύτερα. Well, the two young people who work in the store are impeccable, professional and polite. P	Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήραμε ενα refurbished laptop Dell απο το Tetrabyte (από ~240E μας το άφησαν 200Ε - όπως φάνηκε μάλλον για να το ξεφορτωθούν) πριν 1.5 χρόνο περίπου. Το θέλαμε για ΑΜΕΣΗ επαγγελματική χρήση και το γνώριζαν (word και ελαφριά προγράμματα) σε νησί, δηλαδή δεν είχαμε περιθώριο να το στέλνουμε Κυκλάδες/Θεσσαλονίκη για service καθώς το κούριερ έκανε πάνω απο 2 εβδομάδες. Δυστυχώς το λαπτοπ που ήρθε ήταν για πέταμα. Στο όνομα "DELL" στο καπάκι της οθόνης, το "Ε" ξεκόλλησε και έπεσε στο πάτωμα με το που το βγάλαμε απο το κουτί. Η πρώτη εντύπωση δηλαδή ήταν απογοητευτική. Η περιοχή γύρω απο τα κουμπιά ήταν κολλώδεις, σαν να είχε τριφτεί με κάποιο προιόν για να καθαριστεί, το οποίο όμως δεν έκανε για επιφάνεια λάπτοπ. Είχε ουσιαστικά δημιουργηθεί μια κολλώδεις "πάστα" η οποία ήταν ενοχλητική στα χέρια, και πάνω της κόλλαγαν όλες οι τρίχες απο την ατμόσφαιρα. Σαν όψη, το λάπτοπ φαινόταν πολύ ταλαιπωρημένο. Το χειρότερο απο όλα, που μας κόστισε δουλειά και πελάτες, ήταν ότι το λάπτοπ έσβηνε μόνο του σε ανεξέλεγκτο χρόνο, οδηγώντας στο χάσιμο πολλών ωρών εργασίας. Δηλαδή, μπορεί να έκανες δουλειά με πελάτη, και ξαφνικά το λάπτοπ να έκλεινε χωρίς καμία ειδοποίηση, ούτε πριν σβήσει, αλλά ούτε όταν άνοιγε εκ νέου. Επίσης, όταν ήταν στην πρίζα, όταν άγγιζες το συρόμενο button για να ανοιξεις το καπάκι, σε χτυπούσε ηλεκτρικό ρεύμα!!! Τηλεφωνικά στο service ανέφεραν πως ίσως με κάποιο μαγικό τρόπο το κουμπί Power πατιόταν και οδηγούσε σε shut down "λόγω κακού κολλήματος του Power Button στο σασί του λάπτοπ" (δηλαδή λάθος δικό τους) και προβήκαμε σε απενεργοποίηση του. Εν τέλη δεν ήταν αυτό το πρόβλημα καθώς το λάπτοπ συνέχισε να σβήνει απο μόνο του όποτε ήθελε. Και έτσι μείναμε στην μέση της σεζόν χωρίς υπολογιστή. Δυστυχώς το service κάλυπτε μόνο 12 μήνες, και μέχρι να βρεθούμε Αθήνα ήταν πολύ αργά. Πραγματικά λάπτοπ από εταιρεία που κανει refurbish να έρθει σε τόσο άθλια κατάσταση (εμφανισιακή και λειτουργική) δεν το περίμενα ποτέ. Αν το αγόραζα μεταχειρισμένο απο ιδιώτη σε καλύτερη κατάσταση θα ερχόταν. Συγγνώμη αλλά ποτέ ξανα refurbished, και ποτέ ξανα Tetrabyte. ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΗ: Απαντηση στον εξυπνάκια του καταστήματος που ανέφερε πως είναι ψεύτικη η κριτική μας. Παραγγελια 1584 στις 19/9/2019. Κυριέ μου, δυσχεραίνεται την ΘΕΣΗ ΣΑΣ αποκαλώντας μας ψευτες και απατεώνες. Όπως φαίνεται είναι κάτι που κάνετε σε όποιον σας κάνει αρνητική κριτική. Θα έπρεπε να ντρέπεστε. Έχουμε όλα τα χαρτιά της αγοράς μας απο εσάς και είμαι διατεθειμένος να τα δώσω σε όποιον θέλει να τα δεί (συννημένη η παραγγελία). ΠΟΤΕ ΔΕΝ ΕΙΠΑΜΕ ΟΤΙ ΕΙΣΤΕ ΑΠΟ ΑΘΗΝΑ. ΤΟ ΣΕΡΒΙΣ ΣΑΣ ΤΟ ΙΔΙΟ ΜΑΣ ΠΡΟΤΕΙΝΕ ΤΙΣ "ΛΥΣΕΙΣ" ΠΟΥ ΑΝΑΦΕΡΑΜΕ. ΤΟ ΚΟΥΡΙΕΡ ΛΟΓΩ ΑΓΟΝΗΣ ΓΡΑΜΜΗΣ ΤΩΝ ΚΥΚΛΑΔΩΝ ΚΑΝΕΙ 2 ΕΒΔΟΜΑΔΕΣ ΣΤΑ ΠΑΚΕΤΑ. ΕΙΜΑΣΤΑΝ ΕΝ ΜΕΣΩ ΣΕΖΟΝ ΚΑΙ ΔΕΝ ΜΠΟΡΟΥΣΑΜΕ ΝΑ ΕΧΟΥΜΕ ΠΑΡΕ ΔΩΣΕ. ΠΕΡΙΜΕΝΑΜΕ ΑΥΤΟ ΠΟΥ ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΙΛΑΜΕ ΝΑ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΚΟ! ΟΧΙ ΝΑ ΒΑΣΑΝΙΖΟΜΑΣΤΕ ΜΕ ΣΕΡΒΙΣ! ΣΤΑΜΑΤΗΣΤΕ ΝΑ ΨΕΥΔΕΣΘΕ! Η ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΗ ΣΑΣ ΚΑΙ ΜΟΝΟ ΔΕΙΧΝΕΙ ΤΗΝ ΠΟΙΟΤΗΤΑ ΤΗΣ ΕΠΙΧΕΙΡΗΣΗΣ ΣΑΣ. We got a refurbished Dell laptop from Tetrabyte (from ~ 240E they left us 200E - as it seemed rather to get rid of it) about 1.5 years ago. We wanted it for IMMEDIATE professional use and they knew it (word and light programs) on an island, that is, we did not have the opportunity to send it to Cyclades / Thessaloniki for service as the courier did more than 2 weeks. Unfortunately the laptop that came was for throwing away. In the name "DELL" on the screen cover, the "E" came off and fell to the floor as we took it out of the box. In other words, the first impression was disappointing. The area around the buttons was sticky, as if it had been rubbed with a product to be cleaned, but which did not make for a laptop surface. A sticky "paste" had been created which was annoying to the hands, and all the hairs from the atmosphere were sticking to it. On the face of it, the laptop looked very distressed. Worst of all, it cost us work and customers, that the laptop went out on its own in an uncontrollable time, leading to the loss of many hours of work. That is, you may have been working with a client, and suddenly the laptop shut down without any notice, neither before it turned off, nor when it reopened. Also, when it was plugged in, when you touched the sliding button to open the lid, you were electrocuted !!! The service reported by phone that maybe in some magical way the Power button was pressed and led to a shut down "due to a bad grip of the Power Button on the laptop chassis" (ie their mistake) and we turned it off. In the end it was not this problem as the laptop kept shutting down on its own whenever it wanted. And so we were left without a computer in the middle of the season. Unfortunately the service covered only 12 months, and by the time we were in Athens it was too late. Really laptops from a company that does refurbish to come in such a miserable condition (visual and functional) I never expected. If I bought it used by an individual in a better condition it would come. Sorry but never refurbished again, and never again Tetrabyte. ANSWER: Response to the smarts of the store who stated that our criticism is false. Orders 1584 on 9/19/2019. My lord, it makes your POSITION difficult by calling us liars and swindlers. It seems to be something you do to anyone who criticizes you negatively. You should be ashamed. We have all the papers of our purchase from you and I am ready to give them to anyone who wants to see them (order attached). WE NEVER SAID THAT YOU ARE FROM ATHENS. YOUR SERVICE SUGGESTED US THE "SOLUTIONS" WE MENTIONED. THE COURIER DOES 2 WEEKS IN PACKAGES DUE TO THE CYCLADES LINE STRIKE WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF SEASON AND WE COULDN'T HAVE GIVEN A GIFT. WE WAITED FOR WHAT WE ORDERED TO BE FUNCTIONAL! NOT TO BE TORTURED WITH SERVICE! STOP LYING! YOUR ANSWER ONLY SHOWS THE QUALITY OF YOUR BUSINESS.
E	E Husky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είπα να βοηθήσω ένα τοπικό μαγαζί και να μην πάω σε μεγάλες αλυσίδες. Πήρα νέο gaming pc. Δεν λέω.. Ευγενικά παιδιά, φιλότιμα. Τσιμπημένες τιμές. Μετά άρχισαν τα προβλήματα με μπλε οθόνες κλπ. Πήγα, ξαναπήγα, ξαναπήγα, τουλάχιστον 5 φορές για το ίδιο θέμα. Μου είπανε ότι την επόμενη φορά θα μου χρεώσουν format. Sorry παιδιά, δεν δουλεύουν έτσι. Δεν ξαναπήγα I said to help a local shop and not to go to big chains. I got a new gaming pc. I do not say .. Kind children, dear. Stinging prices. Then the problems with blue screens etc. started I went, I went again, I went again, at least 5 times for the same subject. I was told that next time they will charge me a format. Η εξωτερική εικόνα της μονάδας ήταν εξαιρετική, τα χαρακτηριστικά του ακριβώς όπως αναγραφόταν στο site. Τέλος, η εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό του καταστήματος ήταν άριστη και με βοήθησε σε ότι χρειάστηκα. I bought a Dell refurbished from the store yesterday. Today I already received it and connected it. The external image of the unit was excellent, its features exactly as stated on the site. Finally, the service from the store staff was excellent and helped me with everything I needed.
