S	Sofia Ili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κρίμα που δεν υπάρχει το ανύπαρκτο αστέρι!! Δήμος Κηφισιάς, δημοτικά τέλη Κηφισιάς, εξυπηρέτηση Κολοπετινιτσας!! Μισή ώρα αναμονή, ΜΕ ΡΑΝΤΕΒΟΎ, για ένα γνήσιο υπογραφής!! Με διάφορους εμβόλιμους πελάτες (εεε πολίτες) που παραβίασαν τη σειρά ανενδοίαστα και τις υπαλλήλους να απολυμαίνουν τις επιφάνειες σε ρυθμό χελώνας. Όταν έφυγα η ουρά αριθμούσε 6 άτομα.. Κρίμα στην Κηφισιά. Λυπάμαι αλλά στην Πεύκη εξυπηρετουμαι πάντα γρήγορα και χωρίς ενδιάμεσους!! Too bad there is no non-existent star !! M	Mariza Stillianidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλησπέρα, θα ήθελα να απαντήσω στον κύριο που παραπονέθηκε για την υπόθεσή που αιτήθηκε σε μας, για πιστοποιητικό περί μη δημοσίευσης διαθήκης, ότι πρώτον: Δεν είμαστε υπεύθυνοι για το πόσο καιρό θα κάνει το εκάστοτε ειρηνοδικείο ή πρωτοδικείο να ολοκληρώσει μία υπόθεση. Δεύτερον, του είπαμε ότι του έχει σταλεί μήνυμα στο κινητό του για την παραλαβή του αιτήματός του, όταν ολοκληρώθηκε η διαδικασία, επίσης του αποδείξαμε ότι του εστάλη το μήνυμα εκείνη την ημέρα και ότι δεν είχε παραληφθεί ποτέ από τον ίδιο. Δηλαδή είχε μείνει αδιάβαστο. Τότε εκείνος μας απάντησε ότι έπρεπε να το δούμε ότι δεν το διάβασε ποτέ, και ότι ήμασταν υποχρεωμένοι να του το ξαναστείλουμε......Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας!! Π	Παναγιώτα Μαγιόγλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 10/03/22 υπέβαλα αίτηση για χορήγηση πιστοποιητικών περί μη δημοσίευσης διαθήκης από το Ειρηνοδικείο και από το πρωτοδικείο, περί μη αποποίησης κληρονομιάς και περί μη προσβολής του κληρονομικού δικαιώματος μαζί με όλα τα δικαιολογητικά που μου ζήτησαν και τα παράβολα 5 € για το καθένα. Σε εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα παρέλαβα τα 2 πρώτα, όταν όμως παρέλαβα το πιστοποιητικό περί μη αποποίησης είδα ότι ήταν ελλειπές διότι αναγραφόταν μόνο ο ένας εκ των τριών κληρονόμων. Σε ερώτησή μου τι γίνεται τώρα μου απάντησαν ότι δεν φταίνε αυτοί, αλλά το Ειρηνοδικείο και πρέπει ή να πληρώσω εκ νέου το παράβολο ή να απευθυνθώ στο Ειρηνοδικείο όσο για το πιστοποιητικό περί μη προσβολής που δεν έχει έρθει ακόμα δεν γνωρίζουν αν συμβαίνει το ίδιο. Απίστευτη ταλαιπωρία και ανευθυνότητα την οποία πληρώνουν οι πολίτες. Ντροπή! On 10/03/22 I submitted an application for the issuance of certificates for non-publication of a will by the Magistrates' Court and the Court of First Instance, for non-renunciation of inheritance and non-infringement of the inheritance right together with all the supporting documents requested and the fee of 5 € for each . Within a reasonable time I received the first 2, but when I received the certificate of non-waiver I saw that they were missing because only one of the three heirs was listed. When I was asked what is happening now, they answered that it is not their fault, but the Magistrates 'Court and I either have to pay the fee again or go to the Magistrates' Court as for the certificate of non-infringement that has not come yet, they do not know if the same happens. Unbelievable suffering and irresponsibility paid by the citizens. Shame!
