★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα για μια αίτηση που δεν ήξερα να την κάνω εγώ από μόνη μου ηλεκτρονικά.
Η κυρία (ξανθιά) που με εξυπηρέτησε την πρώτη φορά δεν γνωρίζω αν είναι υπάλληλος ή προϊσταμένη εκτός ότι η μασκα που φόραγε (μόνο στο πρόσωπο της δεν ήταν)δεν ηταν καθόλου εξυπηρετική.
Με έστελνε στο ΙΚΑ για την υπόθεση μου ενώ είχα εξηγήσει ότι οι πρώτες αιτήσεις είχαν γίνει ηλεκτρονικά.
Τελικά ήταν ένα χαρτί που εκτύπωνα εγώ και δεν χρειαζόταν να κλείσω ραντεβού( και αν θα έβρισκα ημερομηνία) να πάω στο ΙΚΑ.
Αν κάποιος δεν ξέρει και πάει σε έναν φορέα που εκεί τον στέλνουν αναγκαστικά καλό θα ειναι οι υπάλληλοι που εργάζονται εκεί να ξέρουν να κάνουν τη δουλειά τους για να μπορούν να βοηθήσουν και τον κόσμο.
Τα 4 αστέρια τα παίρνει μόνο για τον κύριο που με εξυπηρέτησε την δεύτερη φορά που πήγα.
I went for an application that I did not know how to make myself electronically.
The lady (blonde) who served me the first time I do not know if she is an employee or boss except that the mask she wore (only on her face was not) was not helpful at all.
He was sending me to the IKA for my case while I had explained that the first applications had been made electronically.
In the end it was a paper that I printed and I did not have to make an appointment (and if I could find a date) to go to IKA.
If someone does not know and goes to an agency where they are necessarily sent, it will be good for the employees who work there to know how to do their job so that they can help the people.
He only gets the 4 stars for the gentleman who served me the second time I went.
