★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η κυρία Θεοχάρη ασχολήθηκε από το πρώτο μας ψηφιακό ραντεβού με το αίτημα μου και η όλη η διαδικασία έκδοσης των πιστοποιητικων μου έγινε μέσω ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας χωρίς να χρειαστεί τη φυσική μου παρουσία στο ΚΕΠ.
Πάρα πολύ ικανοποιημένος
Mrs. Theochari dealt with my request from our first digital appointment and the whole process of issuing my certificates was done via e-mail without the need for my physical presence at the KEP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε αυτο το ΚΕΠ απάντησαν στο τηλέφωνο, μου έδωσαν τις πληροφορίες που χρειαζόμουν και το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό. Σε Κανένα άλλο ΚΕΠ δεν σηκώσαν τα τηλέφωνα και πήρα τουλάχιστον 6-7. Ευχαριστώ
At this KEP they answered the phone, gave me the information I needed and the staff was polite. In no other KEP did they pick up the phones and I got at least 6-7. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχει αρνητική βαθμολογία δυστυχώς. Για μια άδεια κυκλοφορίας αναγκάστηκα να πάω από καλυβια -Ήλιον να πληρώσω courier με εξουσιοδότηση να την παραλάβει αλλά δεν το δέχτηκαν γιατί δεν έγραφε το ονομα του ατόμου αλλά την εταιρία courier.
It does not have a negative rating unfortunately. For a license I had to go from huts - Ilion to pay a courier with authorization to receive it but they did not accept it because it did not write the name of the person but the courier company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τηλεφώνησα και περίμενα στην αναμονή αρκετή ώρα ώσπου στο τέλος μου το σήκωσαν και χωρίς να μου πουν να περιμένω στη γραμμή, άφησαν το ακουστικό ανοιχτό πάνω στο γραφείο τους. Ακουγα για 10 λεπτά τα νέα των υπαλλήλων. Στο τέλος το έκλεισα και ξαναπήρα, όσες φορές και αν πήρα δεν απάντησαν ποτέ. Το 1 αστέρι το αφιερώνω σε μένα για την υπομονή μου. ΝΤΡΟΠΉ ΣΑΣ
I called and waited on hold for some time until my end lifted without telling me to wait in line, left open the handset on their desk. I listened to 10 minutes of new employees. At the end hang and I took as many times if I never answered. 1 star dedicate it to me for my patience. Same on you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφθηκα το ΚΕΠ Ιλίου πρώτη φορά χθες. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άμεση και αποτελεσματική.Οι δύο υπάλληλοι (γυναίκες) ,ευγενέστατες και πολύ καλές στην δουλειά τους. Σήμερα πήγα για να ολοκληρώσω ό,τι ξεκίνησα χθες και αντιμετώπισα ακριβώς την ίδια εξυπηρέτηση και ευγένια των υπαλλήλων.Έτσι πρέπει να λειτουργούν οι δημόσιες υπηρεσίες.Μπράβο!!!
I visited KEP Ilio for the first time yesterday. The service was immediate and efficient. The two employees (women), very kind and very good at their job. Today I went to complete what I started yesterday and I faced exactly the same service and courtesy of the employees. This is how the public services should work. Well done !!!
