★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά δεν ξέρω τι να πω! Έκλεισα ραντεβού για της 18:30 και όταν πήγα εκει ήταν κλειστό με ένα χαρτί που γράφει πως λειτουργεί μόνο μέχρι 14:00, τι να πω πρώτο πω αλήθεια
 I just do not know what to say! I made an appointment for 18:30 and when I went there it was closed with a paper that says it only works until 14:00, what can I say first to tell the truth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. We went there at 8:00 in the morning as we had an urgent inquiry which couldn’t wait, there were 0 visitors. Still, they impolitely informed that we should get an appointment (earliest in 10 working days). It is possible to get appointment only by phone (to which nobody answers). They even couldn’t answer to our questions regarding our issue. What a shame!! Welcome to Greece.

Now, being in Moscow, I can't go to the website to sign up. A Greek IP address is required. I don't have the opportunity to sign up? or would you like to see if there is a recording option? KEP employees do not respond to complaints and requests by email.
