From our arrival (when Adriana stayed late to check us in and Aris carried all of our luggage to our suite) through the entirety of our stay, we experienced superior service. Every morning Aris brought us our breakfast promptly and was always so kind and pleasant to chat with (he also carried all of our luggage up for check out on a super hot day!). Adriana arranged all of our reservations, expeditions, ATV rentals, transportation to/from the airport, you name it and she made sure it was taken care of! The whole staff treated us like family and we can not thank them enough for making our honeymoon in Oia better than we could have ever imagined. If we ever make it back to beautiful Santorini, we will never stay anywhere other than Kima! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It's not just the breath taking beautiful view that makes this place amazing, it is the staff that make this place SO SPECIAL. Georgia, Adriana, Aris and all other staff working there give this place soul. My husband and I got married in Greece and have been in Greece on our honeymoon for a month. We have loved every island and every person and every hotel, but Kima is so special to us because of the staff. We will truly miss them. Service is excellent, people there go above and beyond for their clients. Rooms are clean spacious for Santorini and maintain the local design / architecture. Loved it

Our room was big, confortable and super clean. Great breakfast and pool area. The staff is wonderful, always ready to help you in anything you may need. If we come back to santorini, we’ll definitely stay in this hotel!!

We booked "Junior Suite with Hot Tub (2 Adults)" Liked · The view, quietness and peace we felt on the balcony deeply moved us. Hot tube was hot all the time, breakfast was very complete with continental, English and Greek style, staff was very kind, Just remarkable! Disliked · 60 stairs to walk between the main road of Oia and the hotel, which is quite demanding physically. The fixation of the miroir attached in the bathroom was also a little bit broken.
