Elite Suites - Oia

Just perfect, totally worth the price! What is very important - the place is on the small side street in Oia, so it is close to the main pedestrian zone yet HIDDEN FROM THE VIEW of all the tourists. In my opinion it is very important - you can have great views and ENJOY THE PRIVACY (unlike in many other places on Santorini). Everything else is also perfect - the views, the private pool, the rooms with private bathroom for EVERY person and the super-friendly staff.

Quite expensive but well equipped with private pool with a giant duck boat. Breakfast was delievered in the morning with full of menus we had asked for. Staffs were kind and lovely. We could overlook agae sea from our pool and breakfast table also.

We rented the Premier suite with private heated outdoor pool & Caldera sea view. Our room was top notch! The 2 cave-like bedrooms were comfortable, spacious and had great working air conditioning. Each bedroom had 2 bathrooms (1 toilet room, 1 shower/ toilet room) for a total of 4 toilets. A bit excessive but nice for privacy. The kitchen was small but had everything you needed for a short stay. A large dining table bordered the kitchen and the multi level villa had a plethora of windows which gave tons of natural light. The outside area had a sea view heated plunge pool, 2 lounge areas and an outside table where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. The views were OUT OF THIS WORLD. Breakfast was served fresh every morning at our preferred time between 7am-10am. You could fill out a form with your specific breakfast items from an expansive menu. Fresh fruit, eggs different ways, breads, Greek yogurt, etc. Lastly, the staff was INCREDIBLE. Adam helped with our bags, hot tub issues and all around handy man. Rachel our housekeeper was detailed and kept everything clean all the time. The front desk clerks, Fotini & Xenia were more than helpful. They recommended excursions, restaurants, helped arrange transfers and assisted with our ferry questions and arrangements. Top notch service. CONS: The shower button to switch from the handheld to rain shower didn’t always remain pushed in. It caused for us to have to hold on to the button for the duration of our shower. That was a bit inconvenient. Both WiFi networks were spotty and didn’t work in certain areas of the villa. Perhaps water would be a nice addition to offer with breakfast as well.

This place is amazing. The moment we arrived we were greeted by the lovely staff. They made our stay even more enjoyable than expected. Incredibly helpful and very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here. Will be back for sure.

a great place. Very beautiful architecture. Harmonious colors. There is a convenient and complete bathroom. There is a gym room. In particular, the private swimming pool next to the large yard can watch the sea. I love this hotel.

Elite Suites was amazing! We were treated with such great hospitality. The staff was always cheerful and friendly. They brought a delicious breakfast right to our room everyday. The views we're incredible. Nothing remotely negative to say!

Really nice place we stayed in the Grand suites for 3 nights, but unfortunately we felt discriminated due to our skin colour. Different attention were given to guests staying in the presidential suites. On our 1st day we received full breakfast what we requested for. 2nd day it got lesser and on our last day even lesser portion with no tea requested for. We stayed for 3 nights and requested for a room clean and shower gel stock with toilet paper. No one turned up! We had one more night to stay and the person in charge was asking if he can help us with our luggage, he then checked and apologised! i found this very unprofessional as I nearly had a mini heart attack thinking I should be leaving on the day and my flight was for the day after. It’s better to book a hotel than a villa. Would have been Better customer and room service.

Awesome view and location, great room, and the breakfast was really good. Small staff that cares about their visitors and were very helpful with lots of knowledge about the entire island.
