C	Cissi G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jag och min bästa kompis var här i september och vi hade inget emot att rummen var väldigt enkla eftersom vi ändå inte spenderade så mycket tid på hotellet. Det var väldigt bra läge, tog 10 minuter att gå in till stan och vi gick bara igenom trädgården så var man på stranden. Däremot var kvinnan väldigt otrevlig och inte alls välkomnande när vi kom fram på kvällen, även väldigt dålig på engelska. Andra dagen hade hon torkat golven och det var så halt så min kompis ramlade i trappan, istället för att fråga hur det gick fick vi världens utskällning som att vi borde tänka oss för. Varje gång vi gick förbi henne tittade hon bara bort och verkade inte rädd om sina gäster. My best friend and I were here in September and we did not mind that the rooms were very simple because we still did not spend so much time in the hotel. It was a very good location, took 10 minutes to walk into town and we just walked through the garden and you were on the beach. However, the woman was very unpleasant and not at all welcoming when we arrived in the evening, also very poor in English. The second day she had dried the floors and it was so slippery that my friend fell down the stairs, instead of asking how it went we got the scolding of the world that we should think about. Every time we passed her, she just looked away and did not seem afraid of her guests.
M	Madelene Öjerson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ingen reception. Sur o otrevlig kvinna som äger o sköter hotellet (lägenhetshotell) hon bor även där själv. Nära till havet och affär. Gammalt o omodernt hotell. Balkong med tvättställning. Vì fick betala turistskatt, 3:50 euro/vecka. Vi ville växla men hon tog resten o gick så vi betalade mer än vi skulle. En del lampor va trasiga o när vi kom till hotellet o skulle låsa upp fick vi handtaget i handen. Om ni önskar av på rummet får ni betala extra. Vi fick checka ut kl 12 men ingenstans att ställa väskorna tills dom hämtades kl 18. Väskorna skulle stå ute på gatan och duscha fick vi göra på stranden i en utedusch sa hon. Pratade ingen engelska. Inget jag rekommenderar!!! No reception. Sour and unpleasant woman who owns and manages the hotel (apartment hotel) she also lives there herself. Close to the sea and shop. Old and outdated hotel. Balcony with washbasin. We had to pay tourist tax, 3:50 euros / week. We wanted to change but she took the rest and left so we paid more than we should. Some lights were broken and when we got to the hotel to unlock we got the handle in our hand. If you wish to leave the room, you will have to pay extra. We had to check out at 12 but nowhere to put the bags until they were picked up at 18. The bags would be out on the street and we had to take a shower on the beach in an outdoor shower, she said. Did not speak English. Nothing I recommend !!!

M	Milica Gavrilovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roula house is a beautiful and peaceful place in Skiathos, with beautiful garden wich has entrance directly on the Megali Amos beach. Every corner of this house and it's garden is a real oasis and a small world for it self, you can see that on my pictures. The furniture in the house is not new but everything is very clean and comfortable. The hosts are kind and they clean the rooms every day. The centre of Skiathos is 10-15 minutes of walking, and bus stop number 5 is very near, 3 minute of walk from the house. There are a lot of mosquitos on the island, so be prepared for that, and my only rebut for this hous is that they dont have some protection for the terrace door. Also, a cat could enter in your room during the night. She is harmless but it could scare you. We had a wonderful time there.
K	Katarina Kovačević on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location, right on the beach! Roula is a 10 minutes walk to Skiathos town. There is a Supermarket 2 minutes away. The rooms are VERY clean. The hostess cleans them daily. You have a balcony view of a beatifull garden. It is very peacfull. It you are on the ground floar you can pet the cats witch is a bonus! Highly recomend, would stay here every time! Only thing that is missing is kitchen appliances if you have small kids.
J	Joy J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the location is excellent. From the villa to the sea are only about 100 m, a short walk through the garden of the villa. Day and night there is the sound of the waves breaking from the shore. Almost all rooms, starting with the 1st floor, have sea views. At the end of the garden, there is a terrace where you can retreat if the sun is too strong on the beach or you just want to serve fruit in the sound of the waves. An external shower in the garden to clean off sand. On the beach there are several taverns, where you can serve local or international dishes. The rooms are simple, decorated with solid natural wood furniture, very clean, towels and sheets are changed every 2-3 days, waste is collected daily. We didn't have a TV in the room, but WI-FI was decent to watch movies on the laptop. The owner of the villa does not speak English very well, but she is very kind. If you like animals, there is the heaven of cats.
B	Bogdan B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Very close to the beach. We had a great view of the sea from our large terrace. Very basic amenities, but clean. Trash was taken out daily, towels were changed twice a week and sheets changed once a week. AC was available, but costs 50 euros for a week. This is by no means a luxury location, but we would definitely consider coming here again. Roula, the owner, seems like a very nice person. She maintains the entire facility by herself. She speaks very basic English, that's why she might seem rude sometimes. You just need patience. We had a lovely time.
