Just beware that there is no elevator so the luggage lug up 3 or more flights of a winding marble staircase could be grueling at best. I asked for assistance upon arrival but was told they do not offer that service. Later, the replacement front desk person offered to help. Great top floor balcony view. Comfortable bed n clean

An absolute recommendation if you just need a good place to stay and don't expect any additional services (like breakfast, restaurant, swimmingpool, etc.) from your location.

Our overnight flight arrived at 8 am and he made sure we could check in early which we really appreciated. Then, when we accidentally left our passports and cash in the room, he immediately tried to track us down through the embassy, email and Facebook. We are grateful for his honesty and diligence. The location is perfect in Plaka- steps away from shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the acropolis. The room was immaculate and had a nice balcony and really comfortable bed and pillow. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Kimon Hotel situated in the beating heart of the city! Despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places I've stayed in Athens.

We were lucky enough to stay on the top floor in a great room with a sofa in the sitting area. Walked out our door to a fabulous rooftop patio/garden that was beautiful. Then to top that you were staring at the Acropolis! Great view in the evenings when it was all lit up in lights. No elevator, but great exercise up the steps! Loved this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
C	Charles Lau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel situated halfway between Syntagma and Monastiraki metro stations. The hotel is along a quiet street and it's peaceful at night. Just a minute's walk away there are plenty of restaurants along the main street. My room is clean and comfortable and the staffs are helpful and efficient. On the top floor there is a nice roof-top terrace with nice views of the Acropolis and the church across the street. There is no lift/elevator but luckily we travelled light.
