E	Emily Saker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST VACATION EVER! Hands down, Kivotos was the most amazing hotel experience I have ever had. We were grateful for an upgrade on our honeymoon to an absolutely AMAZING villa with everything you could imagine. A comfortable bed, a huge indoor pool, a sauna, vanity etc!! The front staff concierge, Effie was SUPERB. She helped us with every detail we needed. She arranged transport late at night, arranged a rental car for us, etc. Customer service from every staff member was great. The pool, restaurant, toiletries, and amenities were all top notch. The beauty of this hotel is unexplainable! So modern and sexy. With service to match. The location is also perfect. Close to the city center, away from the more touristy area. Also, the perfect view of the Caldren volcano center which was so cool, and added an entirely different beauty. I will never be able to come back and stay at another hotel in Santorini. Truly the best experience we have ever had, and our best in all of Greece!!

Jona the reception was the coolest person we know. So well knowledge and full of connection in all the island for all of our activities. Everything was ready from her even before we enter in the Suite. So suprised to have this magic and disposal service. Thankyou Kivotos.

She helped us with everything from renting buggies and boats to restaurant reservations. I would recommend this hotel for sure

p	pelin ateş on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my partner was last week in Santorini, we found very unique the architecture of Kivotos and felt very enthusiastic to see it the interior. Ms Jona from reception was an amazing host for us. She reserve for us very quickly a dinner at the restaurant of the hotel with a very nice view. So high appreciated from her side. We insist to see the interior and Jona didn't hesitate to tour us in the Villa. The hotel is very unique with the concept of Volcano in the middle of the whiteness surrounded. We can't wait until next year to book back with you guys. Hopefully Ms Jona will be there to assist us, she was very professional to explain to us even in Spanish the unique history of the Hotel..?

Excellent service, staff was very friendly and always available. Luisa and Jennifer made sure our stay was extra special. Thank you to all who helped us. This is the only place I'd recommend. Get the deck and hot tub, the sunsets were like nothing you've ever seen while relaxing with wine in the jacuzzi.

The service and the staff are absolutely on point. Polite, genuinely caring and trustworthy. My wife requested a suite that was private and not overlooked, we got precisely that! The location was excellent and the suites were beautiful. Very unique in design and colour. The only dark grey building in the Caldera. I would highly recommend this hotel. We genuinely miss the staff working there. Thank you for making it such an amazing birthday!
