Excellent séjour dans ce airbnb de rêve ! Magnifique villa avec un grand rooftop qui offre la plus belle vue de l’île (Villa la plus haute du village, village le plus haut de l’île!) d’ici vous pourrez observer l’île d’un bout à l’autre et surtout avoir un couché de soleil plus que magique. La villa est grande, belle, très bien décorée, moderne avec du style ancien et très propre. Très bien équipée elle dispose de la clim, de 3 terrasses, 2 chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain, une cuisine équipée et un beau salon ! Les 3 terrasses (sont le rooftop) offres toutes de très belles vues et avec peu de vis-à-vis. L’hôte, Lila est une personne très gentille et arrangeante, aussi vu que nous ne pouvions pas disposer des petits déjeuners le matin, nous avions le frigo rempli à notre arrivée pour nos petits déjeuners justement. L’hôte nous a aussi fourni une liste de lieux et restaurants à faire à Santorin et des masques et gels (Covid). La ruelle où se trouve l’accès à la villa n’est pas accessible en voiture mais un parking se trouve à moins de 200m de l’hébergement. Proche de la villa vous trouverez restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supérette, et le centre ville de Fira y est accessible à environ 20min à pied, ce qui vous fera faire une jolie balade par la même occasion :) Je ne vous dirait que du bien de cette villa qui nous a permis de passer des vacances inoubliables surtout grâce à cette vue incroyable. Semplicemente il posto più bello in assoluto, la vista più bella dell‘isola, piscina sulla terrazza con temperatura perfetta, Lila e Jacob persone eccezionali, come pure Alexandra che ogni mattina prepara una colazione sublime in base alle proprie esigenze. Posto unico, il Wi-Fi prende meglio che a casa ed in ogni area sia interna che esterna, abbiamo ricevuto anche un piccolo pensiero perché in viaggio di nozze, se volete il top prenotare qui

This place is so good that I brought my family the second time I came to Santorini after coming the first time with my friends. The service was excellent and the attention to detail is so admirable. Iakovos the manager is so friendly and knowledgeable of the place as well as very committed to costumer satisfaction.

We've stayed in several 5 star hotels around the world including many rentals, I can honestly say the stay at Lakovos's villa was one of our most memorable. This was a surprise holiday for my wife as we were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary so I needed to pull out all the stops. I searched many hotels and villas in Santorini and found many were overlooked and in very busy areas. I came across Malteza Villa was perched at the top of Imerovigli next to a Blue domed church, it was exactly what I was looking for. Lakovos was communicating with me during booking and through out the stay to make our trip special. On arrival he had arranged a private transfer to collect us from the airport, we were escorted to the villa and presented with an entrance lined with candles and flowers. On the terrace we were greeted with Champagne followed by a tour of the villa. He arranged a private excursion with a top guide to show us parts of the island that were not touristy, we saw some breathtaking sites. A private couples massage was arranged on the roof terrace of our villa. On our anniversary night we visited Buddha Bar for cocktails whilst Lakovos and his team transformed the terrace with candles and flowers for an evening dinner under the stars. We watched the sunset and ate one the the best meals of the holiday. A photographer was also arranged to capture this amazing moment for me and my wife. Breakfast is cooked fresh every morning by Christini and served on the terrace, it was outstanding on all three mornings. She also worked hard to keep the villa spotless. I dont think we will ever experience a holiday as perfect as this one was. The pictures do not do Malteza Villa any justice, its immaculate, comfortable and has all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Lakovos is an expert at hospitality and goes far beyond just being an airbnb host. His knowledge of the island is invaluable as is his relationship with local restaurants, he always managed to get us the best table! I hope to stay here again in the near future.

Malteza Villa is in a fantastic location in Santorini. It is set in the heart of Imerovigli which is a great area to base yourself. Many apartments in Santorini lack privacy due to the sheer volume of people passing by combined with the proximity to footpaths and other apartments. This was certainly not an issue at Malteza. The pool was incredibly private with the best views on the island. The house was well equipped with a fully functioning kitchen and the bedroom had Netflix. The place was clean and a delightful breakfast was prepared by the wonderful Alexandra each morning. The rooftop pool was cleaned (almost) daily. It wasn't clean on our first day (with a green tinge to the water and a few items floating in it) but luckily it was cleaned the day after we arrived. We didn't mind but this might be an issue for others. The bathrooms contained plentiful supplies of Nuxe products - a very nice touch. There are THREE outdoor areas (balcony off the living room, a terrace on the ground floor and the rooftop terrace with the pool). It is big enough for six adults to enjoy. Lila kindly organised a taxi pickup from the port for us and to the airport upon departure (€25 for each trip), which was really helpful. I would definitely recommend Malteza to anyone staying in Santorini.

We stayed here in May for our honeymoon. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Alexandria, our chef, came every morning to make the most delicious breakfast! The rooftop pool was perfect and the rooftop is very spacious. Would absolutely recommend staying here!
