★ ★ ★ ★ ★ έχει μια κόκκινη πινακίδα στο δρόμο που σου δείχνει προς τα που να στρίψεις και λίγο πιο μετά την πινακίδα ξεκινάει ήπιος χωματόδρομος μέχρι το σημείο αυτό ,απλά θα πρότεινα να μη πάτε με μηχανή καθώς υπάρχουν σκυλιά στη διαδρομή από διάφορα χωράφια της περιοχής και μπορεί να σας επιτεθούν.
το σημείο αυτό δεν είναι κάτι ιδιαίτερο αλλά σίγουρα είναι ωραίο για φωτογραφίες και άμα πάτε στη κι η Ζυρού αξίζει να έρθετε κι εδώ .
(δεν ξέρω γιατί στους χάρτες πιο δυτικά υπάρχει άλλη τοποθεσία με το ίδιο όνομα ,το σωστό σημείο είναι αυτό)
 has a red sign on the road that shows you where to turn and a little later the sign starts a gentle dirt road to this point, I would just suggest not to go by bike as there are dogs on the way from various fields in the area and can attack.
This point is not something special but it is definitely nice for photos and if you go to Zyrou it is worth coming here as well.
(I do not know why on the maps further west there is another location with the same name, the correct point is this)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παίζει, το βίντεο που μας δείξανε απ' τον πλανήτη Άρη, να είναι τραβηγμένο εκεί! Τρομερό τοπίο, μοιάζει όντως εξωγήινο και δεν το χωράει ο νους σου, όλα κόκκινα, ριζες απ' τα δέντρα γυμνες απ' την αλλαγή του εδάφους, πατημασιές παντού.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ ΓΙΑ ΤΟΥΣ ΜΗΧΑΝΟΒΙΟΥΣ.
Μεγάλα κοπαδια τσοπανοσκυλων χωρίς κατάλληλο έδαφος να ανοίξεις να φύγεις.
It's playing, the video they showed us from the planet Mars, to be taken there! Terrible landscape, it really looks extraterrestrial and your mind does not fit it, all red, roots from the trees bare from the change of soil, footprints everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Интересное место. Как на чужой планете. Красная земля и деревья на высоких корнях.
Дорога сначала асфальт но узковато. Затем переходит на накатанную грунтовую дорогу которая достаточно мягкая и во время дождя можно забуксовать. Можно доехать до определенного места затем около 700 метров придётся идти пешком.
Если вы любитель пешеходных прогулок то можно пройти примерно 7 км по лесу и добраться до озера Зиро.
Interesting place. Like on an alien planet. Red earth and trees on high roots.
The road is asphalt at first but narrow. Then it goes to a knurled dirt road, which is quite soft and you can skid in the rain. You can drive to a certain place, then you have to walk about 700 meters.
If you are a fan of hiking, then you can walk about 7 km through the forest and get to Lake Ziro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is hard to reach and you need to be prepared to get your vehicle dirty. Avoid getting there by car in case of rain, the road would be muddy. From the road, follow the sign and then follow the dirt road. Kokkinopilos is an amazing place, with nothing much like it in Greece. The colour of the sand is unique and you can park your vehicle towards the end of the track and roam freely around. Beware of the dogs and be prepared in case one shows up.
