Μοναδικό παράπονο σε αγορά οράσεως είναι ότι η τιμή άλλαξε για δεύτερη φορά κατά ένα πολύ μεγάλο ποσό , σε μία ήδη καταχωρημένη παραγγελία που αφορούσε σκελετό και φακούς οράσεως. Την πρώτη φορά ενημερώθηκα και αποδέχτηκα την διαφορά , όμως για την δεύτερη και πολύ μεγάλη αύξηση της τιμής , δεν υπήρχε καμία ενημέρωση , η παραγγελία προχώρησε χωρίς έγκριση ενώ προς μεγάλη μου απογοήτευση αυτό έγινε γνωστό μόνο κατά την παραλαβή και εξόφληση. Θα εκτιμούσα να το γνώριζα εκ των προτέρων για να έχω την επιλογή να μην προχωρήσω στην αγορά Very kind and helpful staff and very nice collections. Ο λόγος : παράγγειλα δυο ζευγάρια γυαλιά ηλίου ( θα τα έφερνε από το άλλο κατάστημα ) και όταν ρώτησα την τιμή εκάστου μου είπε 40 ευρώ , ήταν παρουσα και η εξαδελφη μου. Επειδή δεν θα ήμουν στην Αττική να τα παραλάβω η ίδια, πήγε η εξαδελφη μου και τις ζητούσε 50 ευρώ για το κάθε ζευγάρι! Δεν με πειράζει για τα χρήματα , αλλά το θεωρώ ανέντιμο και θέμα αρχής να σε κοροϊδεύει ενα δήθεν σοβαρό κατάστημα και να μην μπορείς να εμπιστευτείς τα όσα σου λένε οι υπάλληλοι ή ο ιδιοκτήτης . Πηγαίνετε οπουδήποτε άλλου, υπάρχουν πολλά οπτικά καταστήματα στην Γλυφάδα /Αθήνα, άπειρες επιλογές! Μην εμπιστεύεστε τα μάτια σας εκεί! Do not trust your eye care to the Kokkoris Optics , they used the bait and switch approach with me, regarding the price of sunglasses. The money is negligible ( when my cousin went to pick them up for me they were asking 10 more euro per pair) but it is a matter of principle and honesty! Why trust your eye care there when there are plenty of optical care choices, hopefully more honest! If I could I would give half a star or nothing! The reason: I ordered two pairs of sunglasses (he would bring them from the other store) and when I asked the price of each one he said 40 euros, my cousin was also present. Because I would not be in Attica to pick them up myself, my cousin went and asked for 50 euros for each couple! I do not mind the money, but I consider it dishonest and a matter of principle to be fooled by a supposedly serious store and not be able to trust what the employees or the owner tell you. Go anywhere else, there are many optical stores in Glyfada / Athens, endless options! Do not trust your eyes there! Do not trust your eye care to the Kokkoris Optics, they used the bait and switch approach with me, regarding the price of sunglasses. Finally I messaged the owner on Instagram who responded after several days. The sunglasses i ordered were 'out of stock'. I requested a refund. They were unable to refund my credit card and requested my bank details which I shared. I never received a refund despite sending many more messages to the owner. In short I paid €170 for a product I never received. Get your sunglasses elsewhere.
