Tragic experience. 2 times failing to meet the delivery day and time. The product arrived with problem so now waiting for replacement......

Extremely friendly and helpful staff although prices are on the higher end as is the case with larger electronics stores. Space in the store is relatively limited but enough to have lots of items in stock. Would recommend.

I asked for a product and the employee asked for my phone number. I told him I will give it to him as long as he promises that they won't spam me with marketing messages. He reassured me that they will definitely not do that. After that he searched for the product on his computer, he said that it exists and that he would go to fetch it from the basement or something like that. After quite a long time (maybe 10 or 15 minutes), he came back and told me that I can now go in the line to pay for it. I did that. After a couple of minutes in the queue, I paid for the product at the cashier lady. After having paid, I realized that she did not have the product. She spoke on her inner communication microphone and asked her colleagues if anyone was going to get it, even though I was left with the impression that this part had already been achieved by the previous salesman. At this point I had no option to leave the store (I might have been in a hurry) because I had already paid. Luckily, after a while, I had my product and I was out of the store. And then I got a marketing sms on my phone. I stopped what I was doing, I postponed my other chores and went straight back to the store. I politely told them that I explicitly asked not to get marketing messages and that I just had one and that made me feel disrespected. I specifically asked for my data to be deleted from their database (number, email etc). The employee tried to search my registration by name (and not by a unique field such as number or email) and as there were more than one customers with the same name, he could not delete any of them. As you have already guessed, my data were not deleted from their system. I really felt like these people are amateurs on all levels. It is just disappointing.

Different prices for the same product depending if you are looking online or in the physical store.....This is just unforgiven.....The personnel is really kind and ready to help you, but this isn't enough to save the day...At least for me...When someone (a company) tries to fool me with double pricing, it's a deal breaker for me...
