★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα μια παραγγελία τηλεφωνικά ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια. Τα παπούτσια ήταν ελλατωματικα (η σολα ήταν αλλοιωμένη). Μου ειπαν ότι μπορώ να τα επιστρέψω και θα μου κατέθεταν τα χρήματα σε ένα λογαριασμό. Με την κατάθεση διαπίστωσα ότι τα χρήματα που μου επέστρεψαν ήταν λιγότερα γιατι χρεώθηκα τα μεταφορικά και τα έξοδα εμβάσματος.
I placed an order for a pair of shoes by phone. The shoes were defective (the sole was damaged). I was told that I could return them and they would deposit the money in an account. With the deposit I found that the money returned to me was less because I was charged for shipping and transfer costs.
