C	Claire Van Wyk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a wonderful stay for a week in Kriti , chania. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were unfussy and just what we needed. The location was perfect!!!! We had breakfast Included which to be honest wasn't great and a little monotonous with some of the items being quite poor in quality but it was edible and saved us fussing to find breakfast everyday. We were also a little disappointed to be charged for the water in our rooms at the end of our stay when no mention of this was made while we were drinking one a day, but it wasn't the end of the world. Would have just been nice to know. Other than that a perfect stay and I would most definitely stay again should I be back in chania .

A	Ajsltd001 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff. Yvette went above and beyond when we accidentally lost our car keys. The hotel is really clean and secure. Breakfast was pleasant. Pool was cleaned every day and the whole experience was really good for our family. Highly recommend

The location of the hotel was ideal (a five minute walk away from the center). Special thanks for an enjoyable stay. i will visit again Kriti hotel.

Location is perfect as its close enough to walk to Old Town while removed enough to find solace from other tourists. Staff were so friendly and spoke good English. The breakfast was fantastic: blocks of feta, yogurt and honey, FRESHLY pulverized orange juice, all that on top of traditional fare. (The swimming pool was closed, presumably for winter?) I reserved a single room, which had two twin beds to choose from. High ceilings, a window to open in case the fan wasn't enough (the a/c was the weakest link, but I was never uncomfortable), walk-in shower, toiletries, complementary liquor, and a tv with local as well as French/English/German channels. American tourists, remember to bring your plug adapters. Hellenic design on the walls, otherwise modern fixtures. Wifi worked well. It's a cozy base from which to explore the island -- enjoy!

One evening I came home late, a receptionist (he was bearded) stopped me and asked me if I was staying at the hotel, I said "yes". He didn't believe me and asked me with a contemptuous and haughty tone for my access card to my room. He said it was for security, the problem, he did not ask this kind of question to the people who came before me and after me. Does the hotel judge its guests in relation to the faces?!!
J	Joschvin SW on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mattress is SO comfortable and the bed is gigantic. We had a really nice stay in our small but neat room. Also the amenities like shampoo shower gel and body lotion are really good. There is free parking available on the street. The neighboring parking lot is also adorable. You can get to the harbor and old town just by walking. We also enjoy working at the lobby cafe area. The breakfast could be better (hot food section) but acceptable.
