Originally, we wanted to stay in the Old Town but we knew we would have a car and we were nervous about negotiating the tiny streets and finding parking so we decided to stay just outside the Old Town instead. Ciel Collection Suites was a perfect choice for us. The owners have done an INCREDIBLE job of renovating the building and fitting out the hotel. They've paid so much attention to detail and all the fittings and facilities are of very high quality. The bed is exceptionally comfortable too. We stayed in the superior room with an ocean view, which I would highly recommend. The room is tiny but it has high ceilings so it feels more spacious than it is and the view is lovely. The level of service is fantastic too, the owners gave us a beautiful gift as we were on our honeymoon and the lady who looks after the hotel is just lovely. Parking was no issue as there was plenty of spots outside and the hotel is located right near heaps of restaurants and bars and easy walking distance from all the attractions and the Old Town.

So clean and comfortable and the location is perfect if you want to explore the koum kapi side of chania with its many great local bars and tavernas. It is still only a short, level, interesting walk back to Chania old town. Thank you to all involved in the running of the Ciel.
C	Caterina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent two nights in Ciel Collection Hotel. We booked a Superior Room located at the first floor. Our room was amazing, even better than the pictures on the website. We had this incredible view all over the sea. It was the perfectly clean, completely new in its furnitures. The staff was amazing, we had a really easy conversation with Niki and Ariadne before the arrival and during our staying they were really kind with us trying to solve any request we had. Also the room is full of the comforts you may need: there is a coffee machine with capsules and water for every day and more, towels, hairdryer, air conditioner, ecc.. The location is perfect. The hotel is in front of the sea, there is a little beach one minute by walking with a beautiful sea, the city centre is just ten minutes away by walking. We didn’t choose the breakfast included option so we can’t tell anything about it. We really want to recommend you this place for your staying in Chania. You won’t regret.

The housekeepers Joanna and Nikki were so kind and helpful, really went above and beyond. The owners very kindly and thoughtfully gave my partner a gift for his birthday too! Would not hesitate to return here and recommend to anyone.

She was always super kind and helpful! Also, the room was always super clean, free water in the fridge, and had everything you needed! The view of the sea and being able to listen to the waves in the morning and evening was the best :)

The service is excellent, you are well taken care of with complementary water, coffee and tea. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they even provide beach towels if you need them and have lots of advice on where to go in the area. The location is great, near the sea with lots of restaurants nearby. Very nice and safe area even at night. The centre of Chania is only a 10-15 minute walk away along a nice route. There is free parking in the street which is good of you have a rental car.
