The room that i had was the one with the view and was excellent, clean, big enough , with one big balcony and the price for one night incl. Breakfast was fair. The breakfast was simple but tasty, specially the orange juice. I am very satisfied and sure i recommend it, for everyone who want one beautiful, quiet, friendly, simple but clean with awesome view place.
M	Mark Sammut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to other reviews Google maps guided us easily to the guesthouse, it is true the road is narrow but there is a space directly in front of the hotel entrance where you can turn the car, as well as ample parking space. The hotel is indeed small, with reception at ground level and bedrooms below it. The rooms are charmingly decorated with everything you need for a comfortable stay. However once you enter the bedroom, you cannot help but proceed to the large balcony where you are rewarded with a birds eye view of the town of Kastoria and the magnificent lake. This is the hotel has the highest location above Kastoria and therefore commands the best views ever. The owner is extremely helpful and did all she could to pamper us and make us feel at home. 5 minutes walk up the hill takes you to the Church of Profit Ilias as well as possibly the best bar in Kastoria.... Profitis Cafe which also overlooks the lake. We also enjoyed driving all around the perimeter if Kastoria peninsula by car, which is a narrow tree lined road just an arms length above the water!
Μ	ΜΙΧΑΗΛ ΜΠΕΚΙΑΡΙΔΗΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, lovely rooms with great view not only of the city but also the lake itself. The breakfast was delicious with many options and tasty coffee. Furthermore the guesthouse offer enough parking spaces, somehow narrow, but the u-turn space next to them will make your stay more convenient.

From the hotel you can reach the lake fast through the alley or the stairs. The breakfast they provide is hearty which you can have outside looking at the lake.
