★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αναπαλαιωμένο αρχοντικό από τα πιο χαρακτηριστικά της Καστοριάς αλλά πιστεύω από ιστορικής πλευράς θα μπορούσαν να είχαν χρησιμοποιηθεί κέρινα ομοιώματα ή οπτικοακουστικό υλικό για να δώσουν στον επισκέπτη μια πιο σαφή εικόνα της καθημερινότητας της αστικής τάξης της πόλης κατά τα τέλη του 18 ου αιώνα απ' όταν χρονολογείται το κτήριο. Παρ'ολα αυτά αξίζει μια επίσκεψη !
 Restored mansion one of the most characteristic of Kastoria but I believe from a historical point of view wax figures or audiovisual material could have been used to give the visitor a clearer picture of the daily life of the city bourgeoisie at the end of the 18th century from when it dates the building. Nevertheless, it is worth a visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το αρχοντικό Τσιατσιαπα είναι το στολίδι της Βόρειας Παραλίας. Εξαιρετικό δείγμα της αστικής οικίας του 18ου αιώνα και τεκμήριο της ιστορίας και του πολιτισμού της πόλης. Είναι τριώροφο και ίσως το παλαιότερο της Καστοριας. Αρχικός ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ο άρχοντας Μόραλης. Μετά από πολύχρονες εργασίες αποκαταστάθηκε και διατηρείται σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση.
Tsiatsiapa Mansion is the jewel of the North Beach. An excellent example of the 18th century bourgeois house and a presumption of the history and culture of the city. It has three floors and is probably the oldest in Kastoria. The original owner was Lord Moralis. After many years of work, it has been restored and is in very good condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ωραίο μέρος αλλα άδειο. Αν πηγαίναμε εξαρχής στο λαογραφικό δεν θα πήγαινα εδώ μετά. Τα παιδιά βαρέθηκαν πολύ γρήγορα
Very nice place but empty. If we went to the folklore from the beginning I would not go here after. The children got bored very quickly
