 Awesome experience waiting for a bus there in August with other bathers, mostly seniors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το τηλέφωνο δεν το σηκώνουν ΠΟΤΈ!!Και τα δρομολόγια να είναι γραμμένα σωστά στο διαδίκτυο για να μην περιμένεις επιπλέον μια ώρα γιατί κάποιοι δεν ξέρουν να κάνουν τι δουλειά τους σωστά!!!!
They NEVER pick up the phone !! And the itineraries should be written correctly on the internet so that you do not have to wait an extra hour because some people do not know how to do their job properly !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ούτε αστέρι ούτε τίποτα η ταλαιπωρία δεν έχει όρια εν μέσω τουριστικής περιόδου! Ντροπή στα τηλέφωνα δεν απαντάνε κ μέχρι να βρούμε άτομο εκεί υδρωσαμε!
Neither star nor anything hassle has no limits in the middle of a tourist season! Shame on the phones do not answer and until we find a person there we sweated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα ΚΤΕΛ των Λουτρών Αιδηψού έχουν μεταφερθεί στο λιμάνι καθώς ο δρόμος μπροστά από το οίκημα που τα στέγαζε είναι κλειστός λόγο καθίζησης του. Επιπλέον έχουν μεταφερθεί εκεί όλες οι υπηρεσίες τους.
Ρώτησα τον υπεύθυνο αν θα ξανά μεταφερθούν σύντομα στη προηγούμενη τοποθεσία αλλά μάλλον θα στεγάζονται μόνιμα στο λιμάνι.
Είναι καλή η επιλογή πάντως ανεξάρτητα της αιτίας που άλλαξαν τη βάση τους το να στεγαστούν στο λιμάνι. Υπάρχει ένας κλιματιζόμενος χώρος πλησίον των εκδοτηρίων των ΚΤΕΛ και των εκδοτηρίων των πλοίων.
The KTEL of Edipsos Baths have been transported to the harbor as the road in front of the house that housed them is a closed reason to settle down. In addition, all their services have been transferred there.
I asked the manager if they would be transferred back to the previous site soon but rather would be housed permanently in the port.
It is a good choice, however, regardless of the reason that changed their base to be housed in the harbor. There is an air-conditioned space near the ticket offices of the KTEL and the ticket offices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are a JOKE. An utterly sorry excuse for a company. ZERO management an organization. On SIX separate occasions they did not honour seat reservations. AVOID them at all costs! Unless you are on a flexible schedule do not use their company!! They even have the nerve to offer as an alternative to travel standing despite being utterly hazardous for the passenger as well as highly illegal! They will be getting sued very shortly
