★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice city, easily accessible by the ferry from the mainland. Avoid as hell the road route from Chalkis, very twisty, dangerous and tiresome. Nices places to visit nearby, Lihada and the islands is a must. If you enjoy spas, you can spend a few days relaxing in the hot baths. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hot springs. It is impossible to lay down directly in hot water. Sitting in the sea when the two waters make, mix is nice. During a day when the sunshine is strong, and +35C, is unbearable because you do not have any shadow, neather the possibillity to use UV umbrella. The yellow stone is not comfortable to lay down. So, I do recommend the springs, but during hot summer, go in the morning and evening period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a must visit place specially if you're passing Aidipsos. There are really small pools with natural warm water. What makes this amazing is that it is literally in front of the sea! Getting inside the pools will be hard because they are very warm and it takes some getting used to if you want all your body to be submerged. Sitting in the pools, you have a magnificent view of the sea! And when you finally feel that you are done with the warm springs, with just a few steps you can jump in the sea! Very refreshing!
P.S. It is better to visit in winter or spring so you can enjoy the hot springs. Also there are less people so you will be able to enjoy the pools. I couldn't imagine being in the spring in summer when it is about 30 degrees or more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020-11 nice port. There is place for 2-3 yacht vessels at the entrance of the port at the right red marked quai with enough depth for at least 2.5m. Nice town with excellent restaurants... bakery with early opening... good super markets available..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely village in a forgotten corner of Greece. A beautiful place almost designed for relaxation, from it's beaches to its bountiful spring baths, this place has it all.
