★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στο κτιριο ενω ειναι μολις περιπου 10 ετων, ηδη πεφτουν σοβαδες. Οι τουαλετες ειναι τουρκικες και πλεον δεν λειτουργουν καν. Πινακας δρομολογιων ουσιαστικα δεν υπαρχει. Το προσωπικο των εκδοτηριων εμφανιζεται οποτε θελει. Γενικα απαραδεκτη εικονα.
In the building, while it is only about 10 years old, serious things are already falling. The toilets are Turkish and no longer work. There is virtually no timetable. Ticket office staff show up whenever they want. Generally unacceptable image.

Και το λεωφορείο είχε φύγει 1 ώρα πριν από τι έγραφε το δρομολόγιο
I had gone one day to go to Larissa and it was closed and no one was coming

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξυπηρετήθηκα μια χαρά την τελευταία φορά που ταξίδεψα με το ΚΤΕΛ της Ελασσόνας.
Πολύ θετικό το ότι δεν αντιμετώπισα απολύτως κανένα πρόβλημα σχετικά με τον πιστοποιημένο σκύλο οδηγό που με συνόδευε, ως τυφλή επιβάτιδα. Προφανώς οι υπάλληλοι γνωρίζουν τη νομοθεσία. Εύγε!
Εύχομαι η εξυπηρέτηση να είναι πάντα τόσο ικανοποιητική και να μην έτυχε επειδή συνοδευόμουν από την οικογένειά μου. Θέλω να πιστεύω πως, και μόνη να βρισκόμουν εκεί, οι υπάλληλοι θα δέχονταν να με καθοδηγήσουν με ασφάλεια μέχρι να βγάλω το εισιτήριό μου και να επιβιβαστώ.
I was served fine the last time I traveled by the KTEL of Elassona.
It is very positive that I had absolutely no problems with the certified guide dog that accompanied me, as a blind passenger. Obviously the employees know the law. Well done!
I hope the service is always so satisfying and did not happen because I was accompanied by my family. I want to believe that, even if I were there alone, the staff would accept to guide me safely until I get my ticket and board.
