★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτη και αγενεστατη εξυπηρετηση. Πληρως ανενημερωτη και αγενης η γυναικα στα εκδοτηρια. Το κτελ περασε χωρις να σταματησει και περιμεναμε στο κρυο 50 λεπτα ενω δεν εδειξε η ανωτερω γυναικα καμια προθυμια να μας βοηθησει. Αντιθετως ηταν ειρωνικη και αγενεστατη. Αισχος και ντροπη.
Unacceptable and dishonest service. Completely uninformed and rude to the ladies at the press. The bus passed without stopping and we waited in the cold for 50 minutes until the senior lady showed no willingness to help us. On the contrary, they were ironic and rude. Disgust and shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενέστατη η κυρία στο γραφείο για κλείσεις το εισιτήριο σου, απαντάει όλες τις απορίες με προθυμία και χαμόγελο και εξυπηρετικότατη. Όλα εύκολα και γρήγορα, πληρώνεις και με κάρτα κανονικά (όπως πρέπει να υπάρχει πάντα η επιλογή) άντε και καλό μας ταξίδι
Gentle lady at the office to book your ticket, she answers all the questions with willingness and a smile and very helpful. Everything is easy and fast, you pay with a card normally (as there should always be an option) and have a good trip
