The Chef
After completing his studies in Political Science, Aris Tsanaklidis has decided to pursue his true passion and study the art of gastronomy at the Culinary Institute of America.
In the years that followed he has cooperated with the most well-known restaurants in New York, Los Angeles, Washington, Japan, Hong Kong, Mexico and Virgin Islands. This variety of images, tastes, colors and cultures is what defined Aris Tsanaklidis gastronomic personality. Since 1992, when Aris Tsanaklidis returned to Greece, he has been established as one of the most creative and inventive chefs, with an intense fusion spirit and unique suggestions.
During the last years, Aris Tsanaklidis leads Kuzina’s team suggesting some of the most famous local specialties based on the purest ingredients of the Greek nature, presented in a matchless fusion way while presenting at the same time one of the most successful cooking shows on the Greek TV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a quick, light lunch here after a walk around Acropolis. The service is wonderful, very attentive, I asked if I could charge my phone , and I got a power bank to keep the phone on the terrace - I loved that! I was by myself and I was allowed to order half portions of the appetisers in order to try various dishes. I had the feta dumplings, kebabs and spinach salad. I have not tried the main courses but they all seemed well elevated ! I give 4 stars as if you come from Spain, you will find the drinks way too expensive, especially local wines or beers or even water … I would come back to try more , or for an elegant dinner with family or friends - the interior looked very pleasant yet in a way homey.

Right at the edge of Dionissiou Areop. street under Acropolis, an excellent and standard option for a journey in taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant has delicious food and amazing views of the Acropolis. There is indoor seating as well as outdoor seating. The menus were on tablets, which I didn't prefer. We were with a large group so we had to share menus because there were limited tablets. The staff was very friendly and attentive, however they seemed unprepared to handle a large group of foreigners that wanted to split the bill. Prepare to spend a good amount of time trying to pay the bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting choices of food, very tasty and the quality is beyond average. A bit pricey, but it is worth it. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is very nice, but the 1st floor has an amazing balcony view! It is worth a visit either if you are a local or visiting Athens!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're in the area, this restaurant is a must try. A modern twist on Greek cuisine and everything was so good. It was late at night (almost closing) and they were kind enough to prep a table and let us order. I was so glad they did as we were in for a delicious experience. Everything was flavorful and balanced with a great view.
