Enjoyed a wonderful week here with family friends. Service was excellent, Esther and family made it a home away from home. Great breakfast.

A nice apartment with a good amount of space. Lovely balcony view onto the bay. A small kitchenette with a double hob but no oven or toaster. Full en-suite bathroom with shower but the boiler was a bit on the small side for two people.

An exemplary place to stay that proves that it is possible to run, and find, great quality affordable places to stay in contemporary Europe. Kyfanta is run by Esther and Giannis. Giannis is from Kyparissi and Kyfanta is built on his dad's land, so this is super local. The location is excellent, both near the beach and by the local supermarket (which is small but perfectly formed). The location is also peaceful; the village is a spacious place located in a bay below the most awesome cliffs and crags (which are popular with climbers from around the world and have some of the very best climbing in Greece). Kyfanta has a range of accommodation options available at different rates, arranged around a lovely central courtyard. We chose a large studio, with a double and a single bed. The room was bright, clean and spacious, with a huge roof terrace, small balcony, kitchenette, TV and dining table. The terrace was amazing - a superb view of the bay and plenty of sun all day. I would sit there writing, enjoying the swifts darting and diving above my head, listening to the waves beating against the shore. Pure bliss. There is also a communal rec room with couches, a small bar and a billiard table if you want somewhere to hang out. Overall, fantastic. Highly recommended.

Both the hotel and surrounding area were wonderful. The accommodation is very clean and beautifully constructed, with big rooms with balconies and a cool outdoor common area with a big table, chairs, hammocks and leafy trees. The accommodation is 5 minute walk from the beach, 2 minutes from supermarket. The owners are so friendly and happy to answer all questions, and the closest climbing sector is only 15 minute walk away. The owner even gave us a full climbing topography in a notebook to use while we were there! Will definitely recommend and come again.

Absolutely loved this property! Owner Esther does a great job. Room was spotless and large. Balcony overlooking the sea. I am still missing the incredible breakfast that she serves. If you can, book direct with her as you'll get a better price. She provides beach chairs and umbrellas also. This town was a favorite on our trip through the Peloponnese.

We had come to climb in Kyparissi for only 9 days while the children's holiday was scheduled for October 2020, but due to the closure of schools we stayed here for 3 and a half months. Kyparissi is a very quiet town, surrounded by many picturesque climbing areas, some of them next to wild beaches with green waters of a breathtaking beauty. We found in Kyfanta a warm and welcoming family, willing at any time of the day or night to help us with anything we needed and that made us feel at home. Each apartment / studio has a separate entrance directly from the yard! Rooms are spacious, very clean, the beds have extremely comfortable and relaxing mattresses, each room having access to its own terrace or balcony overlooking the sea! The possibility of self-management gave us the chance to afford financially speaking to stay in one of the apartments for 3 and a half months. The internet is very good, the children doing their classes online, and the husband working online from there. Kyfanta is a perfect place for children, with a huge yard with playground specially designed for them, with many games available to their hosts. It is very close to the beach -1 min- and the playground of the town next to the main beach. The market is very close, just 30 m from Kyfanta. During our stay there we noticed how our hosts come to the aid of climbers from many European countries, including those who travel by van offering their services and helping them with whatever they needed: laundry, internet, electricity, printer, books with climbing areas, magnesium, etc. We recommend this location and assure you that you can call with confidence regarding any need you have, because you will definitely be helped, no matter what part of the world you come from, the owner, speaking many languages! We recommend local products: olive oil, olives, soaps based on olive oil, local honey, oregano, citrus, etc!

Everything was perfect. We stayed in a 3-room and it was very spacious, the terrace with sea-view was amazing and location is very close to the beach. Don't skip breakfast because it's all worthed. The host was very nice and helped us with everything we needed.

So lucky to find this place and spend one month here with family and friends! We stayed in 2-room apartment and then in 1-room studio. There was enough space to fit our family with 2 children. The terraces and patio with shady garden are a great PLUS for children! The sea is close. The studios are bright, clean and spacious. There is a mini kitchen with all needed utensils and fridge. The WiFi is stable and usable for work and calls. Also there is a separate open space building with tables and a big display and a roof for yoga and watching stars. Great thanks for relaxed atmosphere! We already miss this place and hope to come back ?
