T	Toni Thewlis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my partner were booked into this hotel after our original hotel was closed use to covid and our stay was lovely. The staff were all polite and really couldn't do enough for you. The food variety was quite minimal but the quality was really good. Drinks were you typical all inclusive house spirits but you could pay for other brands of you wanted. Accomodation was basic but you could upgrade if you wanted to which was €11 per day. Location was okay but due to covid a lot of bars and restaurants were sadly closed therefore not a lot of choice nearby. We'd originally booked our hotel in the heart of Malia and chose it specifically for where the nightlife was and Kyknos was a good 20-25 minute walk from the bars in Malia and Malia beach. 10 mins the other way there were also a few bars and restaurants which was good when we decided to eat and drink out. There are buses if you want to travel further afield which we did and plenty of places to rent cars/quads/scooters etc. All in all a really enjoyable stay considering the current climate and would definitely recommend this hotel mainly for the brilliant staff.

This was our third time at the hotel; since our last visit in 2019 the hotel has undergone some very tasteful changes which include completely redesigned swimming pool, sunbathing area and outdoor pool bar. Outdoor dining areas overlooking the pool and gardens have been added which enhance the all-inclusive dining experience. The food is exceptional, with international cuisine and à la carte dining. Our room was tastefully decorated in a contemporary style with a beautiful modern bathroom with a walk-in shower; we also had a balcony with a sea view. The staff at the hotel made our holiday very special, they are always willing to help, are courteous and very welcoming. The restaurant service was superb with Nasos the Maître d'hôtel and his team. The poolside bar was very popular during the day with Giorgio the barman keeping everyone entertained during the day, and the lovely Olga a star in the evening. T	Tech Aos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very friendly and helpful they are always looking to go the extra mile, special mention to the daytime bar staff always up for conversation and service with a smile. The pool is also 10/10. Would definitely come again just not in April as the weather is quite breeezy and cloudy.
