★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best car rental I have ever had! Wow, such a great service and really very friendly staff. We had as a couple a perfect car (Toyota Aygo automatic convertible) for 2 weeks to see the Island of Crete. The price is also very good, the car is new and was very clean. The staff is very flexible, professional and trustworthy! If you come to Crete look no further and rent at Sterling!?

Airport pick up was very fast. A lady was waiting us after some minimal documentation we were on the way to the hotel.
Car drop off is a self service. Staff was very helpful, they promptly helped me with the phone I forgot in the car.
They bring my phone back in 30 minutes. Top service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, they called me just after landing to explane where to pick up the car. Car was in very good condition. Fuel was a bit above half but they note half on the paper. Next time to Greece, for sure it will be Sterling Rentals!!

No problem, you can go with the agency: good car (fiat 500 convertible for us) and great dealer, giannys is flexible, you can contact him via whatsapp and he always try to be helpful
No problem when you return the car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not rent a car from Sterling in Crete again for the following reasons:
We rented Fiat 500 cabrio automatic for 14 days (850€) but as a suprise the car was VW Tiguan instead. Sterling let me know that they’d switch the car in a few days but they never did.
The car itself was over 10 years old and driven for over 100000 kilometres.
When I first got the car, the tyre pressure indicator was on. They told me not to worry about it. Few days later the tyre was completely empty. I called them but they simply told me that they cannot do anything and that I would just have to fix the issue myself. Luckily there was a tyre shop nearby and they were able to patch the tyre for 15€. There was a nail on the tyre.
Another issue was that the fuse for the 12v power sockets was blown out. Again, they didn’t help me with that, but I was able to replace the fuse myself by buying a new one at a gas station.
