Τα τελευταία 3 χρόνια ομως έχουν καταστρέψει ότι δουλειά έκαναν πιο πριν και και τους έδωσα και 2η και 3η ευκαιρία . Πολύ ΜΕΤΡΙΑ δουλειά στα ρολόγια πλέον, συνέχεια ΨΕΜΑΤΑ στο χρόνο παράδοσης και οι τιμές συνέχεια προς τα πάνω. Κρίμα..... I have been a customer of the store since the day it opened, knowing them beforehand. The last 3 years, however, have destroyed the job they were doing before and I gave them a second and a third chance. Very mediocre work on watches now, continuously LIES on delivery time and prices constantly up. Pity.....
n	nick zacharakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρέλαβα το ρολόι μου που είχα αφήσει για σέρβις 3 μήνες μετά αντί για δέκα εργάσιμες (!!!) Δικαιολογίες διαφορετικές κάθε φορά ανάλογα σε ποιον υπάλληλο έπεφτα . Από 150 ευρώ το κόστος ανέβηκε στα 230 συν ΦΠΑ. Κάπου εκεί και με την καθυστέρηση 1,5 μήνα έπρεπε να το πάρω και να φύγω. Το άφησα και ταλαιπωρήθηκα άλλον 1,5 μήνα.Όταν ενημερώθηκα για να παραλάβω, το γυάλισμα δεν είχε γίνει γιατί λέει είναι παλιό το ρολόι και δεν το προτείνουν, ενώ όταν το άφησα ο κ. Κιάμος φρόντισε να με ενημερώσει ότι έχει εκπαιδευτεί στην Ελβετία και δε θα υπάρχει ίχνος γρατσουνιάς. Το γυάλισμα έγινε , απλά έπρεπε να ξαναπάω. Η συμβουλή μου: ζητήστε εγγράφως το χρόνο παράδοσης και κόστους αν επιλέξετε να συνεργαστείτε μαζί τους I received my watch which I had left for service 3 months later instead of ten working (!!!) Excuses different each time depending on which employee I fell for. From 150 euros the cost went up to 230 plus VAT. Somewhere there and with the 1.5 month delay I had to take it and leave. I left it and was in trouble for another 1.5 months. When I was informed to pick it up, the polishing had not been done because it says the watch is outdated and they do not recommend it, and when I left it Mr Kiamos made sure to let me know that he had been trained in Switzerland and there will be no trace of scratch. The polishing was done, I just had to go back. My advice: ask for delivery time and cost in writing if you choose to work with them

a	anakronus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεχτοι! Όχι μόνο ψεύτες αλλά και αγενείς! Τους πάω ένα ρολόι και μου λένε ότι θα με πάρουν την επόμενη μέρα για να μου πουν τον χρόνο και την τιμή για την επισκευή. Περίμενα 15 μέρες απλά για να μάθω ποσό θα μου κόστιζε και όταν τους έπαιρνα τηλεφονο άκουγα μόνο δικαιολογίες και ψέματα! Εάν δεν έχετε όρεξη να δουλέψετε απλά να το λέτε από την αρχή!! Unacceptable! Not only liars but also rude! I give them a watch and they tell me they will pick me up the next day to tell me the time and price for the repair. I waited 15 days just to find out how much it would cost me and when I called them I heard only excuses and lies! If you do not have the appetite to work just say it from the beginning !!
P	Panagiotis Christopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ταχύτατη εξυπηρέτηση για προσαρμογή των μπρασελέ δύο ρολογιών και διευκρίνηση αποριών αλλά και χωρίς να με χρεώσει τίποτα! Πάρα πολύ φιλικό και ευγενικό προσωπικό! Fast service to adapt the bracelets of two clocks and clarification of questions but not to charge me anything! Too friendly and polite staff!

Η τελευταία εμπειρία τραυματική: τρομακτική καθυστέρηση, παραπλανητική ενημέρωση («θα σας πάρουμε αύριο τηλέφωνο»), λάθη στην εργασία, τεχνική άγνοια (τελικά παραδόθηκε το ρολόι με κάποια ανταλλακτικά να λείπουν). Αποτέλεσμα... Ύστερα από τέσσερεις μήνες (!), κατέληξα με ένα ρολόι με προβλήματα, ενώ είχε πάει απλώς για σέρβις! Κάτι έχει αλλάξει ραγδαία προς το χειρότερο στο μαγαζί. Τελευταία φορά. I have been a customer for years. The latest traumatic experience: terrifying delay, misleading information ("we'll call you tomorrow"), errors at work, technical ignorance (finally the watch was delivered with some spare parts missing). Result ... After four months (!), I ended up with a watch with problems, while it had just gone for service! Something has changed rapidly for the worse in the store. Last time.
P	Panos Chimarios on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τον θεωρούσα εξαιρετικό επαγγελματία, όμως η τελευταία μου εμπειρία ήταν κάκιστη. Η παραλαβή των ρολογιών(1 Seiko Turtle κι ένα Tissot Quadrato) έγινε από μια κυρία η οποία τα έβαλε μαζί σε ένα φάκελο χύμα (1ο φάουλ). Το turtle είχε μαγνητιστει (συχνό φαινόμενο στο συγκεκριμένο ρολόι) με το οποίο όμως δεν ασχοληθηκε λέγοντας ότι δεν αναλαμβάνει Seiko. Στο συγκεκριμένο βέβαια πρόβλημα η εταιρεία του ρολογιού δεν παίζει κανένα ρόλο, καθώς η διαδικασία απομαγνητισμου είναι ίδια. Για την αλλαγή μπαταρίας στο Tissot χρέωσε €20 (!) τιμή εξωφρενική για 5 λεπτών δουλειά. Σημειωτέον ότι και τις δύο φορές ο ίδιος δεν ήταν παρών. Εννοείται ότι ήταν η τελευταία φορά που τον επισκέπτομαι. I considered him a great professional, but my last experience was bad. The watches (1 Seiko Turtle and a Tissot Quadrato) were picked up by a lady who put them together in a bulk envelope (1st foul). The turtle was magnetized (a common phenomenon in this watch) but he did not deal with it, saying that he does not take over Seiko. In this particular problem of course the watch company does not play any role, as the demagnetization process is the same. For the change of battery in Tissot charged € 20 (!) Price outrageous for 5 minutes of work. It should be noted that both times he was not present. Of course it was the last time I visited him.
