Μόλις φτάσεις εκεί χτυπάς το κουδούνι και σε ανοίγει το προσωπικό, ιδιαιτέρως ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν!! Όποιος κινείται στη γύρω περιοχή θα ήταν καλό να το επισκεφθεί
 Beautiful landscape!! An amazing road until someone gets there. Especially for the lovers of the machine, they will appreciate it especially !! As soon as you get there, you ring the bell and open the staff, especially polite and willing to serve !! Anyone in the surrounding area would be good to visit

Open from 8am to sunset. It's worth a quick visit since the only one you can see is the dam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φτιαγμένο το 1955 το φράγμα δείχνει τα σημάδια του χρόνου επάνω του. Δυστυχώς ενώ η περιοχή είναι φανταστική από θέμα ομορφιάς είναι απολύτως αναξιοποίητη. Παλιότερα δούλευε πολύ κοντά στο φράγμα μια καφετέρια η οποία είναι εγκαταλελειμμένη.
Built in 1955 the dam shows the signs of time on it. Unfortunately while the area is fantastic in terms of beauty it is completely untapped. In the past, an abandoned cafeteria worked very close to the dam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ladon dam is located at the center of Peloponnes, 40 km northwest to Tripoli on Ladon stream. The dam has a height of 56 m, and a length of 102 m.
It was errected at 1955 as a hydroelectric power plant, and it has a power generation capacity of 70 MW.
The dam is one of the most significant attractions of the area, and
its completion led to the creation of Ladona artificial lake in a ravine of Mount Afrodisio.
The lake, that has spectacular scenery, was declared an eco-park and it is ideal for many activities, like boating, swimming and fishing, as well as hiking around its shores.
An interesting attraction you can find in the area, is the “Tis Kyras" ancient bridge (the Lady’s Bridge, located 7 km east), which was constructed in the 13th century AD and is visible only during the summer months, when the level of the waters goes down.
