★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was not very nice. And in few days this restaurant charged us the second time for the same ammount. In a comments near the transaction wrote like wrong transaction, which is not true. Now we are so far ftom thrre and they event dont have contact e-mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice fresh fish and crispy potatoes! The salad was quite sloppy with cold hard boiled eggs. The staff was very friendly and helpful ! And the view is stunning. Didn't care for the background music, would rather listen to the ocean.

Ordered to try some sea food for me and my wife, mussels and some snails, really grose and tasted badly, but I said that it might be me as I have never tried and maybe I not made for this kind of food. We have ordered something else, something safe and easy, some wiener schnitzel and a gyros. The schnitzle was pink insinde and the gyros meat tasted funny again. When I told this to the staff members they just lifted their shoulders and carry on. Ended up paying a bit over €50 and left with empty stomacs. Please check other reviews as well before trying this restaurant.

Gyros - the worst we’ve eaten on Crete, Mussels - the worst we’ve EVER eaten…..
The perfect place to waste your money and ruin your enjoyment of such a unique and wonderful place as Matala!
