★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and creative looking place, cool rooms aswell with really nice breakfast, only thing I didnt like was that there was black mold the shower of room 234, I told this to the reception but they didnt really seem that bothered, hoping this way it will be taken care of since it is way more dangarous then this covid virus. Thank you for our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay (Thessaloniki Tsimiski 13) was really good during the TIFF and I will stick to the key positive points for me:
- The building and room were of modern - retro aesthetics.
- The room was warm and the mattress was of good quality.
- The shower cabin seals separately from the toilet & you enjoy your shower.
- Very nice amenities & a great staff.
- You are at the Thessaloniki center (I went to the film festival and the hotel is pretty close to the old port) and you go on foot easily everywhere.
The only drawback that I would like to mention is that the building's main door that I was staying at was not closing easily and I found it many times open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for the lovely stay. Very nice room, excellent staff, great breakfast. An excellent opportunity for a city break holiday. Parking is hard as the hotel is very central, however there is a parking very close, on request basis that can be arranged through reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn’t stay as we had to cancel due to COVID we sent emails and called but as we did not click on the refundable rate , they would not allow a refund which we fully understand but all we wanted under the circumstances was just to change dates, they were not very companionable due to the circumstances. Other hotels & even the flights were more than happy to change the dates.
We will definitely be going to Thessaloniki but will definitely not book there. The service we received was appalling and will not recommend this hotel and they don’t even respond to emails

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is pretty nice. It is one of the best proposal in city center. The room and the breakfast area was clear, with polite staff and nice decoration.
The breakfast was a standard one but with good portions. They provide with it only one cup of American coffee (you have to pay for a second cup) or any kind of coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is situated in the top city centre. Perfect location. The room is ok with partial but nice sea view. The bed is small, old and very hard, too short. The pillows were even harder. The breakfast is simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colourful, wonderful design combining retro and modern, close to the busy city centre, with great bars and night life options. The room was super clean, the temperature was ideal. Welcoming 24/7 concierge and friendly, easy-going service. Next time we will try the breakfast buffet ?.
