Very beautiful, nice servicing, good personal and everything is good. One of the best hotels if you ask me.

Usual Greek poor interior with all its minuses like no space for wardrobe, nowhere to put your bags, old kitchen devices, small bathrooms...

Me, wife and 9month old daughter spent our 10-days vacation (June 13-23, 2014) in this beautiful place. Small family run hotel, quite, with swimming pool for children and adults, clean rooms, friendly staff. We arrived about 15:00 and get the rooms immediately. Booked double superior room (without kitchen) #206 via Mouzenidis. Mouzenidis staff told that baby cot are not available at all in this hotel. I called directly to the hotels and asked for baby cot. It wait us on arrival in the room :) Room was with a sea view, were cleaned every day. No animation in the hotel, but it's even better :) In general rooms are renovated, there are kettle, plates, knife, spoons, forks, cups and glassed, fridge in the room. There is no bath, just shower. Nice and big swimming pool, sun beds near it and a pool bar with reasonable prices. Hotels is in 50-150m from the bus stops. Car rental available. Also there is a playground for kids with swing. Wi-fi is free of charge near the pool area, in some rooms with a pool view too. In other rooms available at 1eur/day (another APN). About meal: We booked HB. Food for breakfast: omelet, boiled eggs, toasts, cake, cheese, sausage, margarine, muesli, milk, cream, tea, coffee, jam, orange juice. Food for dinner (in general): potatoes, rice, fish, chicken, pasta, spaghetti, moussaka, roasted vegetables, salad, fruits (water melon, melon, canned peach), soup. Always 2-3 dishes to choose from. Restaurant is outside the building, we like that. In Mola Kalyva are 2 shops and 8 taverns. We had lunch each time in another tavern. Highly recommended Galyhnh, fast food. Hotel situated in 3-5 minutes from the municipal beach. No sunbeds and umbrellas, we use our own. Beach is a bit pebbly, our daughter liked to collect the small pebbles. Also there are pines and palms. Entrance to the sea is pebbly too, but after 2-3 meters bottom is sandy. A lot of different fishes near the shore. One guy catch the octopus. Sea is cerulean. Perfect. Behind the hotel are mountains. Who live in this hotel white i stayed there: Ukrainians, Belorussians, Serbs, Moldovanі, Romanians, Germans. No Russian occupants!!! Thanks to Kostas, he solve all the problems quickly, provide us with info etc. Hotel is highly recommended, great value for reasonable price. Good to stay with a kids.

Don’t choose this if you are with kids, if you want to use internet or to cook! We stayed in this apartment for 10 days. There were many Russians. It’s 2 mins from the beach, but there is many stones in the water, no sand, and the only place where to stay comfortably is near the bar (you can stay there for payment), with many people and kids (BUT the beach for kids isn’t comfortable, they can hurt themselves easily!) Adults can hurt themselves too, so we had to spend 20 mins in one way to go to the good place for swimming. Internet works awful only near Swimmingpool, and not always. No internet in rooms. (Is it 21st century?) We had to make some important calls in WhatsApp and those internet was useless. Someone even tried to work with this, but for sure it wasn’t possible. Also for the maps it’s bad. The kitchen is very small and uncomfortable, for cooking there is no pan and no knife. The dish was dirty when we arrived and we found some trash in water cooker. Near the apartments are only 2 small shops where you can buy food, people from the apartments are always tried to find something else, because it wasn’t enough, but they couldn’t. There is also only 2 bars in this area and 1 taverna - that’s all. Swimming pool was dirty nearly all the time. Breakfast has awful coffee and most of the time no vegetables (tomatoes or cucumbers), other was ok. But if you have a choice, don’t take the breakfast. Shower was too small and the curtain always stuck to person who takes the shower. People can hear their neighbors very well in numbers, even if someone snores!!! Very unpleasant and rude staff, haven’t seen this before for all my trips. E-mail of the hotel doesn’t work. Good things are - old but clean. You can eat on the balcony. In Mola Kaliva you can find some really nice beaches nearly without people and to feel yourself private, but not near this apartment!

Nice & cozy family hotel, spacious apartments, good food, kids loved the pool, very flexible owners. Excellent value for money. Beach just 30m away, local shops and taverns all within 2-5 min. Great beach bar nearby. No hustle & bustle, feels like a place to retreat to rather than a touristic spot.

Cozy, quite, clean place! Perfect pool, sea is close - just 50 m. Friendly employees, good cleaning.

Excellent , we were for 10 days, and it was our best stay in Greece . The hotel is very nice, rooms and all environment are very clean , every second day the sheets and the towels were changed , we had room (studio) with see view and it was beautiful to be on the balkony in the evening. Breakfast is excellent, they serve (cook) what you want for breakfast , (our breakfast was like lunch), in the beautiful garden. See is very near, 2 min from the hotel. The see and beach are very nice. The staff is very nice and friendly . We recommend this hotel to everyone and most probably we shall come again...

The rooms are very clean. There is a nice pool and bar. The parking space is covered so your car will not get hot during the day. The staff is friendly, they explained us where are the best beaches and tavernas and helped us with all issues we encountered. Thank you Kostas!
