Οι οδηγοί δεν μπορούν να μπουν στα αυτοκίνητά τους για την έξοδο από το πλοίο και πρέπει να περιμένουν έξω από αυτά σε μια αποπνικτική ατμόσφαιρα. Lots of room for improvement. Στο γκαράζ είναι σπαστικό και αγχωτικό το ξεπαρκαρισμα όταν το ένα όχημα απέχει δύο χιλιοστά από το άλλο και τρως χρόνο άσκοπα. Σχετικά με τη διαφήμιση τα μέτρα τα τηρείτε σχετικά όμως γιατί και η μάσκα δεν παίζει ιδιαίτερα στο προσωπικό και όσον αφορά την ώρα αναχώρησης ε οκ μπορείτε και νωρίτερα από το μισάωρο μετά την αναγραφόμενη ώρα. g	george stratis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ποτέ δεν αναχωρεί στην ώρα του ποτέ δεν φτάνει στην ώρα του. Από τις χειρότερες εταιρείες που έχω ταξιδέψει. Ζητήσαμε να μας βάλουνε σε θέση να μπορεί να βγει έστω ο οδηγός από το αυτοκίνητο γιατί είχαμε μαζί μας το κατοικίδιο και μας αρνήθηκαν. Δεν θα την πρότεινα σε κανέναν την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία. Δυστυχώς όμως είναι μονοπώλιο. He never leaves on time, he never arrives on time. One of the worst companies I have ever traveled to. Κατευθυνόμενοι προς αυτό, ενημερωθήκαμε από έναν αγενέστατο υπάλληλο της εταιρείας ότι θα ταξιδέψουμε με το ΚΕΦΑΛΟΝΙΑ. Καμία επίσημη ενημέρωση δεν υπήρξε, ούτε ένα mail, για την αλλαγή του πλοίου. Συνέπεια αυτού να αναγράφεται στο ερωτηματολόγιο για τον COVID-19 λάθος όνομα πλοίου και να επικρατεί μια γενικότερη σύγχυση στους επιβάτες. Το δε πλοίο φορτωμένο λάθος, έγερνε, όπως φαίνεται στις φωτό. Αν είχα επιλογή δεν θα σας προτιμούσα ξανά. The departure ship changed at the last minute.
