Sicherheit, Komfort, Hygiene, Ausstattung sowie Räumlichkeiten, einfach Top! 5 Sterne sind dafür zu wenig. Wir können dieses herzlichst empfehlen. Es wurde an alles gedacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail errichtet und eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts! So sauber haben wir nicht einmal die 5 Sterne Hotels in Griechenland erlebt. Private, bewachte und abgesicherte überdachte Stellplätze. Moderne Einrichtung inkl. voll ausgestatteter Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Dieser Gastgeber fühlt sein errichtetes Werk mit Leib und Seele. Perfekt! Very nice, familiar and warm welcome! A very well-kept and extremely modern house / hotel. Safety, comfort, hygiene, equipment and rooms, simply great! 5 stars are not enough for that. We can sincerely recommend this. Everything has been thought of and built and furnished with great attention to detail. Nothing is missing! We haven't even seen the 5 star hotels in Greece that clean. Private, guarded and secured covered parking spaces. Modern furnishings including fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. This host feels his established work with body and soul. Perfect!

Κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη με ότι φανταστεί ο νους.Το μοναδικό μείον ήταν ότι όλες τις μέρες είχαμε πρόβλημα με το ζεστό νερό κ δεν μπορούσαμε κάνουμε μπάνιο! Περιμέναμε κάμποση ώρα κ διορθώθηκε.Επισης δεν δούλευε ην δεύτερη κ τρίτη μέρα η ενδοδαπεδια θέρμανση αλλά εμείς δεν πτοηθηκαμε.Αν λοιπόν προσέξουν οι ιδιοκτήτες τις λεπτομέρειες, όλα θα είναι ακόμη καλύτερα! The house is state-of-the-art with very, very good amenities! The view from our apartment was perfect! All Volos on the plate! The fireplace is wonderful! Kitchen equipped with whatever the mind imagines. The only minus was that every day we had a problem with hot water and we could not take a bath! We waited for a while and it was fixed. Also, the underfloor heating did not work on the second and third day, but we were not discouraged. So if the owners pay attention to the details, everything will be even better!
ע	עופר קול on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place, excellent location. 8 minutes by car to Volos 15 minutes to Portaria and Makrenisa. I loved the view to Volos and the port. We had everything we needed,it's well equipped. The parking is priceless in this location we had one in the building. And the highlight is the charming host Julia, she is really super woman, she knows everything and available 24/7. We had 4 beautiful and comfortable nights. Thank you dear Julia for making our vacation unforgettable. See you soon.

There were complimentary drinks in the fridge and a big kitchen. You don't have to use keys to get in as there's a password. I absolutely loved everything about the hotel. There also a TV in the bedroom so you can watch to your heart's content. When you first come in the hotel, you get a very lovely welcome.

The garden is amazing.Is near to the city center and from the beach,supermarket,shopping... I will recommend to everyone because is perfect to family and also couples. The house is full equipment with everything you need. Thank you Dimitris,Julia and kostas because you made us feel like home. I hope to come back ♥️Always chalatsopoulos in my heart.
