On an island where things can sometimes be more 'hype' than 'substance', we weren't disappointed.
We loved how the staff explained the dishes we chose, the ingredients and preparation.
Service was quick with no frills. Food had flavour and quality. This is a place the locals actually think is worth visiting so, stick with the local dishes on the menu and you can't go wrong.
An added bonus? Get there on time to book one of the limited window tables and you'll likely be blessed with a beautiful Greek Island sunset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DELICIOUS authentic Greek food. I wanted to order everything on the menu. It's a hidden gem away from the main town and I am so happy I found it. The service was outstanding, the prices were very reasonable, and I'm going to go back for a second time in less than 24 hours!! The back patio is so lovely. I love Limnios Tavern!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food for reasonable prices. You can get a pretty good view of the sunset, but if that's important to you, make sure to make a reservation. The lamb shank was delicious and tender, it fell off the bone just as it should. The moussaka was good but lacked a strong cinnamon flavor that usually makes the dish so magical.

The whole waiters were always courteous and friendly.
Prices and food are as good as the complete ambience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant with beautiful view of the sunset (tables next to window must be reserved 4-5 days in advance). Awesome service with very nice staff. After all our food arrived, the table become overcrowded, so our server brought over a little side tables to place the napkin holder, hand sanitizer, water and bread.
Food was good, but our grilled fish was a little dry.
