★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean and beautiful and the rooms have a nice view. There is a fridge and you can also prepare some instant coffee and tea in the room. However, I cannot give 5 star to this place, comparing to the rest of the places I stayed in Assos because the owner or at least the lady who was in charge the days I stayed, was not welcoming and polite at all and her behaviour was as if she was underestimating me and my friend. I am really sorry to have to mention this but Greek hospitality is not like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely place to stay. Great rooms, a serious view (room 7), a balcony you can sit on and use, comfy bed(s), quiet air-con (a joy) sink, double ring cooker, fridge and t.v. (never used!)and kept spotlessly clean. Stayed for 6 nights and with its location being only a few steps from the beach, found it ideal in every way to enjoy the village and its comings and goings. Overlooking the beach- with no buildings in front - this place cannot be recommended highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The location and view from our bedroom balcony was absolutely stunning. The room was immaculate and the bed extremely comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Alexandro and cleaning staff - keep up the excellent standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The best view I've ever had! It was a perfect little room that was walking distance to everything in Assos. Plenty of street parking available and the host was so lovely and attentive. Negative: More kitchen facilities for cooking would have been nice but there's plenty of places to eat nearby so it wasn't really an issue..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: A beautiful location with stunning sea views. Very comfortable and Clean. Well equipped. Well run. Great staff. Perfect for a few days a gorgeous small village. Alex was a great proprietor.. Negative: Nothing. It was fantastic in all respects..
