 Traffic place, villa is not bad for that money. The hustle and bustle, more for the fun than the rest. Whoever loves, please.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartmani su prosecni. Ima sve sto je potrebno za jedan obican smestaj, bez luksuza. U dvoristu ima ceska, klupe i deo za rostilj. Veoma je blizu plaze, setalista i radnji a opet u mirnom delu Asprovalte. Jedina mana je ringla koja malo teze radi ali se moze prezivet 10 dana bez problema. Zadovoljni smo cenom i uslugom!
The apartments are average. It has everything you need for a simple accommodation without luxury. There is a Czech Republic, benches and barbecue area in the yard. It is very close to the beach, the promenade and shops and yet in a quiet part of Asprovalta. The only drawback is the hotplate, which works a little harder but can survive for 10 days without any problems. We are satisfied with the price and service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krajem juna (12 nocenja) smo proveli u Stella studiju. 3 krovetni studio je solidno opremljen , reso s aspiratorom i osnovno posudje . Promena posteljine nakon 6. noci.
Studio je udaljen nekih 120 m od plaze.
Ako dolazite organizovanim prevozom vracanje je obicno oko 19 h.
Ovo napominjem jer se studio napusta do 10:30.

Namestaj I madraci veç uveliko za zamenu.
U Asprovalti voda nije bistra kao na Halkidikiju , vec je mutna, kazu zbog reke Strume.
Na plazi poslugu cine 2 dobra momka koji vam za jedno pice od 3 evra ( frape na pr.) daju 2 lezaljke stocic , stolicu i suncobran sto je vrlo fer.
Ako vam ne smeta mutna voda , ostalo je ok.
At the end of June (12 nights) we spent at Stella Studio. 3 Rooftop Studio is well equipped, reso with aspirator and basic dish. Changing bedding after 6 nights.
The studio is approximately 120 m from the beach.
If you come by organized transportation, returning is usually around 19 hours.
I note this because the studio leaves until 10:30.

Furniture and mattresses are much more for replacement.
In Asprovalti water is not as clear as in Chalkidiki, but it's already blurred, they say over the Struma River.
On the beach servants are 2 good guys who give you for one pizza of 3 euros (frappes, for example) 2 caskets, a chair and a parasol that is very fair.
If you do not mind the muddy water, the rest is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus: Cosy and comfortable apartments, good location close enough to the beach and the central walking area, hosts are very warm and nice people. The rooms are big.
Minus: Beds and pillows are hard as wood. Our bedrooms were overseeing the main road and the traffic noise is terrible, starting at 7 a.m. Electric outlets are old and inconvenient. The place needs some renovation.
Overall, good for the price, comparable to other similar pensions in the area.
