★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended for a great casual dining experience - great daily vegetable soups, beetroot hummus... place is vegan-friendly and also has lots of other traditional dishes. Sit indoors with great window seat views, near the bar to experience the eclectic or in the open courtyard to absorb the outdoor vibe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are very nice and the food is very good quality i had the strip steak which is reasonably priced and the portion is huge! I would recommend eating here on your trip to ios as the facility has a nice vibe and the coctails are 10/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our dinner there. We had the lobster risotto, the liver with french fries, the power salad, the fava and the feta fondue. All the dishes tasted fine but none was amazing. We had a much better risotto at Ithaka. Friendly and efficient service. Reasonably priced (for Ios).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I together with 3 friends ( who worked on Ios in the 70s) ate here. I’ve been lucky enough to live and work around the world since 85. I like food, it’s my thing. The Lord Byron has THE best prawn cocktail out there. Fresh,lots of,but above all lovely. Now in my 60s I will be back. PS Chris ( all Ios knows him) says hello

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had never knowingly eaten something with its own Facebook group before visiting the Lord Byron on Ios. The pork chops there are locally famous and it's understandable why. I have a huge appetite and the plate that arrived was huge. The pork chop was like a tomahawk axe on the plate and it came with a mountain of skinny fries. The atmosphere of the place was wonderful and cosy inside but we sat in the outside space on the small square which was really beautiful. The staff were so attentive, especially Molly, the owner who not only looked after us and made us super welcome in the restaurant but also gave is great tips on vegan cheeses when we met her in the supermarket and provided us with translation services when we were trying to navigate the ingredients labels on some of the items there. Highly recommend.
