★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely essential to visit - delicious food. I can easily understand why this place has such good reviews on TripAdvisor. It is family owned and run and you can tell as they put extra attention into their service to make sure you feel welcome and satisfied. All the food is so well seasoned and fresh, and they even fillet fish in front of you. Would highly recommend booking for an evening treat!

Lovely service: kind professional and warm! Food was really good, and menu offers a wide tante of alternatives. Absolutely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovelly restaurant overlooking the sea. Managed to get a table last minute. Very good attentive service. Food good quality. I was a little put off by the name but I found out this is historic due to a BBC programme set in Crete in the 1970's where the restaurant Lotus Eaters and Ferryman (next door) featured. Worth a visit both to the restaurant and Elounda its self.

I first was a little bit scared because there are a lot of dish on the menu but i have to say that is one one the best restaurant in Crete that i have done.All dish were very good but i have to say that the mussels, squid (perfectly cooked) and the lamb were amazing. Service is amazingly nice and caring. The place is also very calm and with a beatiful view. I recommand for families or romantic diners !
