M	Mattia Moro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo noleggiato un Atv per una settima ad agosto 2020. Il noleggio ci è stato consigliato dalla proprietaria della struttura che ci ospitava. Ci hanno portato il mezzo presso la struttura e abbiamo concordato, al termine del nostro soggiorno, di lasciare il mezzo presso la struttura e lasciare le chiavi nel vano porta oggetti. Al momento della partenza, mentre percorrevamo a piedi il tragitto verso l’aeroporto, ci ha raggiunto un dipende del noleggio chiedendoci dov’erano le chiavi del mezzo(gli abbiamo mostrato che erano esattamente dove concordato) e dicendoci che avevamo graffiato le plastiche del mezzo in più punti. Per i presunti danni ci chiedeva 50€ in contanti che ci siamo rifiutati di pagare dato che questi graffi erano già presenti al nostro ritiro. Il mezzo, al suo ritiro, infatti era perfettamente funzionante meccanicamente ma con parecchi graffi sulle plastiche del telaio. Esperienza spiacevole, non mi era mai capitata una situazione simile. We rented an ATV for a week in August 2020. The rental was recommended to us by the owner of the structure that hosted us. They brought us the vehicle at the structure and we agreed, at the end of our stay, to leave the vehicle at the structure and leave the keys in the glove compartment. At the time of departure, while we were walking the route to the airport, a rental employee reached us asking us where the keys of the vehicle were (we showed him they were exactly where agreed) and telling us that we had scratched the plastic of the vehicle in several places. For the alleged damage he asked us for 50 € in cash which we refused to pay as these scratches were already present at our pickup. The vehicle, when it was withdrawn, was in fact fully functional mechanically but with several scratches on the plastic of the frame. Unpleasant experience, I had never had a similar situation before.

Nos permitieron hacer cambios en la reserva y nos dieron una mano con los equipajes y transfer al aeropuerto. Muy agradecidos por todo, muy recomendable. All the employees were incredibly nice to us. They allowed us to make changes to the reservation and gave us a hand with luggage and transfer to the airport. Thank you very much for everything, highly recommended.

Nous sommes rentrés le premier soir et nous nous sommes rendus compte que les feux du quad ne fonctionnaient pas. Ceci est très dangereux dans les routes escarpés de l’île. Nous l’avons signalé en rentrant à l’agence de location qui nous a donné un nouveau quad. Celui ci avait un compteur de vitesse défectueux qui n’affichait plus la vitesse. Cela me semble impensable de ne pas vérifier si les véhicules fonctionnent avant de les louer Bad experience. We had rented a quad for 4 days. We got back the first night and found that the quad lights weren't working. This is very dangerous in the steep roads of the island. We reported it on the way back to the rental agency who gave us a new quad. This one had a faulty speedometer that no longer displayed the speed. It seems unthinkable to me not to check if the vehicles work before renting them

Service was fairly unprofessional, though - they delivered the bikes to our place, but didn't have change for us to pay for them, and didn't have a helmet that fit my partner, even when we went back to their shop. Bikes were good, though, a Sym moto and quad, both in good working order.

B	Benji Kennel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pickup and drop off from our Airbnb was very convenient. Panos was very nice and gave us an overview of how to use the ATV. We had to go to the shop to pay with a credit card, but he gave us the option to pay in cash at the end of the rental. The ATV worked well and we were able to travel everywhere on Santorini. Only critique is the helmet didn’t fit my wife very well - still offered protection though. Overall, a great experience and worth the €40 per day.
