★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ship Alkinoos - You REALLY need to fix EVERY door in the women's bathroom. They do NOT close!! I don't see any reason why I should have one hand holding the door, to achieve some basic privecy while I am in the bathroom.

We wanted to change a booking and it was as complicated as it could have been. The ticket office worker was clearly overstrained.
After asking for a pen for the Covid formular the girl behind the desk said:“ i dont have one“.
Are you kidding me?
After asking at the next window the guy answered:“You didnt book the ship here so i dont have a pen for you.“
Those were the Most ridiculous and incompetent persons I have ever met.
To be clear: The one star is because of the office. The rating does not involve the ship.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go, quick crossing, less than two hours from Corfu to Igoumenitsa. The boat we were on had recently been refitted, complete with good air conditioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company charges double price if you buy ticket at the port. Not 10% or 20% more, but around 100% more. Crazy. Avoid getting the ticket at the port, get it online instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flew in from the UK, and it's about a 10 minute taxi ride to the port. The ferry left on time, had comfortable seating, and had plenty of room for our luggage. Plenty of drink options and snacks. The air conditioning was on but the air is pretty still inside, your best experience would be to go up top and enjoy the fresh air and sights of the Greek coastline. Would use again.
