★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luthieros really deserved the 5 stars in the end.
When sending my lyre to Germany, it was damaged twice. The package must have taken a hard knock from the shipping service provider.
So the lyre went in for repair twice. And even though the shipping company didn't want to cover the costs of the second repair, Luthieros repaired the lyre very well and even added some optical details and two more picks as a small compensation for the long waiting time.
Of course, the waiting time was annoying for me, but how much can you ask from a small craftsman's business? In the end, I got exactly what I wanted. A beautiful lyre with a really beautiful sound.
So despite the incidents, I can't really give anything but 5 stars. Luthieros did what they could and the end result is right.
