I was very impressed about the history of Jewish people in Thessaloniki. Also, this city was the centre of the Cabbala organization - the mysterious branch of Jewish religion. Highly recommend to whom are interested in history.

The museum and its subject are important and fascinating but in several places the museum fails; some exhibits are not translated and others have a confusing narrative. They could do better.

Great historical place. It's small but essential. Due to Covid restrictions guided tours for large groups are not allowed. A visit to the the Jewish synagogue is a must if within the area.

Very important museum, sadly a lot of documents are not translated into English or other languages and are in greek only. The ground floor exhibition is a bit messy, with no clear structure and too many QR codes to scan. I still highly recommend a visit, you should start the exhibition on the first floor.

Very informative museum with a good display, personal stories, photographs. Most of the exhibition has been translated into English. The entry 7 euros is perfectly worth paying. Sobering experience too, remembering all those Saloniki Jews who perished during WW2. ???

A small and charming museum, English signs and voice explanations in different languages after downloading an app. I learned a lot about the Jewish history of the city which went hundreds of years ago. Recommended and doesn't take more than an hour of visit.

Very sobering and informative museum. The guys out front give you a hard time if you’re wearing a jacket, but it’s just because you could be concealing something. It’s €7 per ticket, cash only.
