★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really like this hotel. Rooms cleaned daily apart from a Sunday. Can't complain about the food. It's lovely and fresh with a great selection of salad. You do have to que for the hot food so I chose to eat the salad. The only thing that did concern me was the fact they don't have any life guards around the pools . I know we should watch our own kids but I'm not the best swimmer so someone else would have to help if my partner wasn't there. Also on our first day we struggled to get a sun lounger but the hotel is a bit more quieter so don't have a problem now. All and all great holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner/manager grabbed me by the back of the neck one day dragged me to a room away from everyone and then threatened to bring me to the basement and kill me all because I visited a friend staying in the resort during the daytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly hard working staff often reminding people to wear masks while self serving food which must get to them.
Choice of three pools or use the free bus which runs to the beach three times a day ! The food was nice enough but don't expect five star food at three star prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shortly about Lyda Club Hotel. Personnel are the best. Will help you with advice or whatever you need.
Rooms - clean, retro style. No mosquito nets on the windows. Prepare yourself to be eaten :) Also need to specify that A/C is not included in room price. Costs 7 euro/day.
Food - if you are expecting to eat fresh fish, than is not your place. Generally the food is not bad (never get up starving), but is not the best quality.
Location - you are 15 minutes walking from the beach. Also a big plus is that you are 50 meters from bus station and easily for 2.20 euros cat get to Heraclion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great 10 night stay, 3 pools, although we mainly used the central one. We had a 2 room family room, great space, paid for AC as an extra, must have. Food was typical all inclusive, which was good, hand sanitisers and disposal gloves supplied and staff made sure everyone used them. Free drinks, local beer, soft drinks up to 10:30, coffee and cakes morning and afternoon. Staff friendly and helpful. 10-15 min walk to bars restaurants and beach, although hotel does provide a free bus ride to beach and back at set times. On site supermarket and one just across from the hotel ran by very friendly family Rena. All in all we had a great stay with my family and friends.

With entertainment and Carlos was so helpful and so good with our kids.The staff were very friendly and we felt right at home in the warm and embracing environment of this beautiful hotel surrounded by green vegetation and flowers. It felt and looked like an authentic cosy little village.
We'll be back !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite resort stay with family You never have to leave the hotel everything is right there. Pools are beautiful, great scenery next to the beach! We love that there’s a family environment in the hotel no need to leave! Staff is absolutely amazing always taking care of you! Great front desk Irini is helpful if you need any inquiries I’ve celebrated the end of Covid here, love this place! ??
