N	Neil P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There isn't a proper system and you need to keep asking around which bus goes to your destination. The bus numbers don't really mean anything and not all buses display a board saying where they're going. The staff is kinda dismissive and not really helpful. If you don't keep asking around, you'll probably miss your bus!
F	Fernando Bustos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buses depart from Fira to all the island, and from all the stations to Fira. No tranfers between other zones. Fare is 1.6, and you pay on the bus. This is the vheapest way to move in Santorini
E	Eva-Maria Spiller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the bus staff members behaved very aggressively towards us on the route to Akrotiri yesterday and pushed us in the bus. When we returned on the same route later that day, he yelled at other customers. This bus company really needs to work on their staff.
C	Carlos Francisco Ragout on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disastrous. We got off the ferry, asked to go to Oia and were told to take a specific bus. The bus didn't go to Oia as promised, it stopped here. Bus driver didn't say out loud where we were nor there were any signs. We got off the bus, in the middle of a big parking lot full of buses coming and going. Asked for the bus to Oia ultil finally someone knew where it was. Had to buy tickets before getting on the bus and were almost hit by a departing bus moving with its cargo haul opened. When we finally arrived at Oia, the stop was once again not clear. No signs in or out of the buses and the drivers won't yell the station names like in Naxos or Ios (the other two islands we've been already).
M	Martin M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i dearly hope for Santorini that i just have encountered few bad apples. The bus system is difficult to grasp. if you are lucky, you will eventually hit the right one. You need to buy tickets in the bus and this is where the mess happens. overcrowded bus with pi**ed staff pushing people around, yelling at them. if this is not enough, how about threattening an elderly couple to kick them out of the bus in the middle of nowhere ? shall i mention that the mask on the chin during those times is unappropriate ? all in all: professional AF i recommend to fire the staff, build some ticket machines like the rest of the world. ps: i slept two nights before i saved this review. i would even give 0 stars.
M	Mariko Pond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have bus times for most of the routes online, but for some reason I could never find the bus times from Fira to the Port. What I realized is that the bus times are posted for the next 1-2 days, assumingely based on the ferry schedule. The bus from the airport came shortly after our flight arrived, so the timing was perfect but it was 20 minutes earlier than the expected time, so I think one person on our flight had to wait for the next bus since she left thinking that the bus would come at the scheduled time. Also to note, tickets are paid in cash when departing the bus.
S	Sofi Rosales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a bus station in an island like this I have to say that it is really good! Most of the staff speak English. The busses are very punctual. There is also a little waiting area which is ok. Toilet is 0.5€ and there is also a mini convince store. There is an ATM machine available right next to the ticket store which you'll probably need as you pay the local busses with cash.
K	Kurt Gurbuz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me just start the review by saying if you want to have a relaxing vacation pick another island/country way better options in the world. They attempted to throw my type 1 diabetic wife off the bus for eating gummy bears when her blood sugar was in the 30's. I explained it was medical emergency but proceeded to say he doesn't care. Keep in mind there is no sign saying you can not eat or drink on the bus. It was only at the point when his 4'11 wearing a black shirt with "Blessed" in white letters not wearing deodorant self realized he was coming off the bus with me if he kicked us off did he shut his mouth. I said she could have a siezure and he said he didn't care. The hospitality is atrocious and if you are going to spend this amount of money go else where. They do not care about you just the almighty Euro. Hope this helps someone when planning travel. Wish I had known. P.S airline lost our bags two days ago and customer service does not work weekends. Still do not know where our luggage is. Lol biggest waste of money
