★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, this is an unpretentious but surprisingly innovative restaurant among several excellent dining venues in Platis Gialis in Sifnos. I had the sea bass perfectly prepared with a crispy crust of three types of quinoa, served with a drizzle of kiwi sauce. My wife had the seafood carbonara, which featured homemade al dente pasta with fresh mussels, fish bites and squid in a delicious sauce. The waiter was very attentive and took time to explain the menu to us. The wine list was also impressive. I had the local Sifnos ice cream based dessert, accompanied by a nice glass of moscato to round off a totally delightful evening meal on the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. The portions are good size and the combinations of flavours surprise you in every bite. The blita salad made us rediscover it and we fell in love with it. We cannot recommend it enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extra yummy ? dinner ? yesterday in @maiolica.sifnos! The restaurant is located on the beach of Platis Gialos, Sifnos and the atmosphere is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We chose to eat some seafood dishes and each of them was delicious one by one. The combinations were amazing. Congrats to the whole team! ?Totally recommended!!
