★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a “Daily Cruise Paxi-Antipaxi” tour with bus transfer from the hotel to the ferry. No issues here. We were, however, not picked up as agreed and waited at the bus stop for 40 minutes (greek buses are not always very accurate, we thought) before finally realizing that we would not be picked up. We then had to travel to the agency that refunded our money as “the ferry was cancelled”. This was the reason the bus never arrived. However, we were not informed by telephone beforehand as the tour operator (Sarris) allegedly did not inform Mancan travel of the cancellation. No mather the reason for the cancellation and lack of information our way (that caused frustration and loss of a forenoon on af three day trip), Mancan travel is responsible for informing their customers as we bought the tickets from them.

The girls there explained the details about the trip and gave us an offer. When we came back from the trip we went back to the office and thanked the girls for their service.
Would definetely recommend booking with Mancan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company knowingly book me on tour to Albania that was purely guided in Russian. I asked and paid for a full day guided tour in English. I was advised the had been arranged to be in Russian on the day of the tour at 840, on the ferry, with the ferry leaving in a few minutes. I was told I could not go but would not get a full refund. If it went I could get a partial refund. I spent the day having no idea what was happening and sacred I would miss the bus. On return, I spoke to the tour company, the operator then told me if I had gone and spoken to them (20 minutes return walk from the terminal, would have definitely missed the ferry) they would have given a refund. The tour operater the lied and advised me this is exactly what I had been told. I was given a 3 euro refund, of the 78 euro cost of the tour, it was not worth what I paid and the customer service was terrible.
While on the trip learnt that the Russian people on my tour had paid additionally to arrange the tour in Russian for that day.
