Super bored and unfriendly employee in the office - that's definitely not how you sell tours. Unfortunately, as a tourist, you don't feel welcome at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18 Stunden mit 150 Leuten auf kleinstem Raum und keiner hat nach Coronatests oder Impfungen gefragt. Das Essen auf der Fähre ist super teuer, die Toiletten dreckig und das gesamte Schiff ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Wir sind angekommen, machen sowas aber nie wieder!
18 hours with 150 people in the smallest of spaces and nobody asked about corona tests or vaccinations. The food on the ferry is super expensive, the toilets dirty and the entire ship is clearly showing its age. We arrived, but we will never do that again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever have experienced such a terrible ferry connection. Slowest and dirtiest boat ever.
Please Minoan board of directors, why don't you go have a look at your Scandinavian counterparts, to see how they are conducting and operating ferry routes.
None of the Greek ferry operators are good but Minoan with its Florencia between Igoumenitsa and Ancona beats it all.
If there is no improvement I will definitely not book with Minoan again next year
