It's only a pity that due to few connections in low season the hour of departure is nearly the same as competitive lines, otherwise You could have like more different connections a day instead of leaving 8.45 one lines and 9.00 other lines... but this is of course a pity of both lines?

Outbound on the hydrofoil and back by boat; would have been better the other way round as the boat was very hot on an extremely hot day. Punctual times and helpful staff. Getting on and off involved quite a big step, not easy for those with joint replacements. There was no comfortable waiting room at the Corfu end which is beyond the companies control.

a	abigail jacobs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible. Sold us a ticket at 9:00am for the 12:30 ferry. Told us to wait at a coffee shop for 3.5 hours. Arrived to the ferry at 12:12pm and we were denied boarding by a downright violent gate agent. She said we needed to be there 20 minutes early, we were 18 minutes early. Went back to Ionian office because the woman who sold us the tickets never said a word about being 20 minutes early. After considerable time spent arguing over her inability to advise her customers on the ticket she is selling, she reluctantly rescheduled us for another ferry an additional FIVE hours later. She tried insisting that she told us that and NOBODY in my party heard her say ANYTHING about being 20 minutes early. She offered absolutely nothing for the inconvenience and treated me like it was MY oversight. Buyer beware. My experience with this company was unbelievably rude, disrespectful and frustrating.

Once we walked to the port we were denied entry and we were still 18 minutes early. Staff at the port were so unprofessional and yelling at everyone trying to get on the boat. Ran back to the ticket office and all the lady did was say I told you to be early. She said nothing to us. We had all the time in the world and would have been there if we needed to be early. Now we are forced to wait until 5:45 pm and have been here since 9 am. Waste of an entire day. Get your tickets somewhere else.
C	Chaz Josephs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I used Ionian Seaways to take a half-day trip from Corfu to Saranda. The lady that we spoke to in the store was really friendly and helpful. She explained that we could either book online ourselves or through her, so we decided to do it in the store since we were there. She also explained the current expectations regarding Covid restrictions etc on entry to Albania and back to Corfu, which was helpful since sometimes what's online can seem unclear. We booked our trip for a few days later. It left pretty early, at 8.40, and since it only takes about 30 minutes on the boat and Albania is an hour behind, we arrived at 8.15. The boat back was at 12.30 so gave us plenty of time to explore. The price was about 19€ each person each way, so at just under 40€ for a round trip, I thought it was pretty good. Would recommend.
