★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάρα πολύς κόσμος λίγο προσωπικό δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα να εξυπηρετήσουν τα άτομα που ήταν μέσα στο μαγαζί, αν και δεν έβλεπες και πολύ μεγάλη προθυμία. Και οι τιμές ήταν τσιμπημένες για τα δεδομένα της ποιότητας. Δυστυχώς φύγαμε χωρίς τελικά να αγοράσουμε τίποτα. Χάνουν ένα αστεράκι για την εξυπηρέτηση και ένα για τις τιμές.
Too many people with little staff were not able to accommodate the people in the shop, although you did not see much willingness. And the prices were pinched for quality data. Unfortunately we left without finally buying anything. They lose one star for service and one for prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έτυχε να επισκεφτώ το κατάστημα για κάτι πολύ συγκεκριμένο. Βρήκα ότι ήθελα και με το παραπάνω, με τη βοήθεια του προσωπικού! Πολύ εξυπηρετικοί όλοι, παρόλο τον πολύ κόσμο, από το παιδί στα δοκιμαστηρια μέχρι τις υπεύθυνες στο ταμείο!
I happened to visit the store for something very specific. I found what I wanted with the above, with the help of the staff! Very helpful everyone, despite the many people, from the child in the rehearsal rooms to those in charge at the checkout!

Σε μια επιστροφή ρούχου που μόλις είχε λήξει την ρώτησα αν μπορεί να ρωτήσει από τα κεντρικά αν μπορεί να γίνει αλλαγή καθώς μου το έφεραν σε ταιραστιο νούμερο κ καθυστέρησα λόγω covid να το άλλαξω κ απάντησε:δεν είμαι και μάντης να το ξέρω!!!!
Ευτυχώς πήγα σε άλλο κατάστημα που έκαναν σωστά τη δουλειά τους και φρόντισαν να ρωτήσουν κ να με ενημερώσουν.
The person in charge named Drosou is unacceptable!
In a return of clothes that had just expired, I asked her if she could ask from the headquarters if a change could be made as they brought it to me in a suitable number and I was late due to covid to change it and she replied: I am not a fortune teller to know !!!!
Luckily I went to another store that did their job properly and made sure to ask and let me know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, organized and big store in a great location. The collection is presented in a nice and eye catching way. Mrs Drosou was very helpful with an issue i had regarding a return. Overall a recommended store if you are in Athens mall.
